Every bargain shopper's best dream. So easy to use, well structured, plenty of tools to help find exactly what you are looking for. I am not exaggerating at all when I say I have spent thousands of dollars on this app. However, I got probably 3-4 times the number of brand name items with that money through the Rack than I could have purchased at any other store. I got a real silk designer dress, valued at almost $400 retail for $30!!!! I do wish you could see reviews for items, and that in your cart it would notify you if one of the items in it sold out without you having to go and check each item to see for yourself.

Those are such small notes though, especially for an app that is perfect in every other way. They handle refunds very easily as well!!

App is efficient and user-friendly. At first I was trying to use the browser on my iPad and the graphics of it all made the app run extremely slow and nearly impossible to use. I downloaded the app from the App Store and like a snap I was seamlessly shopping!!....Honestly, the ease of the app made me spend ALOT more money than I originally intended. Great job! ..... The only two take aways is that it does not allow you to "save items for later" or look at "recently viewed items" and some items will automatically time out and you have to re-enter it into your shopping cart but that's easy to do so it no big deal. Overall I really enjoyed use of the app

I have shopped online for years and I have shopped in person at Nordstroms Rack. The store is over an hour from my house, but always well worth the trip. The quality of the items we purchased and at such great prices always made our trips worth wild. Just recently learned of the App - I downloaded and started using immediately. I have lived every purchase and have already started next years Xmas shopping! Great prices and quality with an easy to use App. Non longer need to drive an hour can shop from comfort of home!!

I have never taken the time to rate an app before; however, this one is exceptional. For one thing, this provides access to high quality products, both through HauteLook and Nordstrom Rack. Secondly, the app is smooth, fast, and easy to navigate. And finally, Haute/Rack are wonderful when it comes to returns. True, the shipping is not the fastest. But for the convenience of online shopping and excellent pricing, it is well worth the wait!

All Items I bought here have been great, affordable prices, awesome condition, shipping doesn't take long and if there is an issue they fix it for you. Another thing I love is they actually read your emails and respond. They help when you need help. On the other end, am addicted and also feel like if I don't apply caution I will not savings, cos am always good deals

I have never rated anything before but I will this. Awesome!! Addicted to this store. App is too easy to use. I have never had problems with sizes or items ordered. I order about 200 to 300 dollars a week on this thing. Love love love!!! Very addicting. :) :). Thank god I don't own credit cards because I would charge charge charge. Lol

Whip out your phone and place an order, no one will even know, that's how fast an easy it is. Dammit Nordstroms Rack....it's just so awesome !

I am now hooked. I didn't have time to go from store to store looking for a pair of boots this close to Spring. I come on this site and find a perfect pair for an amazing price and got them in a few days. They fit perfect and now I'm ordering more.

All apps should be this easy to use. It's even better than the regular Nordstrom app. It really is the best shopping app I have ever used. I'm not surprised, Nordstrom is the best company for service. Macy's pales in comparison.

Very well made App. Easy to navigate and find things you need in a very organized way. Only drawback is that the App is so efficient that I purchase so many things, more often than I should :-) Be less efficient please :-)

My favorite part of this app is how it jumps back and forth from the Rack to Haute Look, without having to open two separate apps! If you purchase something from each one, everything just adds up into one cart. Love it!

Love Nordstroms brand of shirts. They're good quality and have a clad day look. The app I like but wish you could sort between non iron and regular as well as traditional vs slim fit, but otherwise it's a great app!

Being a Nordstrom fan is nothing new for me, but checking daily for new items and mark downs via this app is! I love it! Especially like the best value filter where I can often find tempting designer deals.

Amazing App! Best search filter to narrow down what you're looking for, easy way to search the rack without digging through piles and racks. I can shop during kids nap time !!

Easy to navigate and quite a few bargains. Only downside is to have to pay to return items that don't work for me since a Nordstrom Rack store is over 100 miles away.

I love the Nordstrom app- everything functions like you want it to, searching is easy and with all my information stored it makes shopping almost too easy.

Much better than the website version. Makes it very easy to browse , add and shop on the mobile phone. Simple and to the point. Really like this app!
