I love shopping with Wayfair! So many items are offered. I have ordered numerous times. I have never been disappointed with the quality. Even returning items is a breeze with super fast refunds. Wayfair is my go to when I am shopping for my home. If I have questions on pricing or descriptions of items I always receive a quick response. I have ordered so many items I have been contacted to see if I was a decorator or ordering for a store! Thanks Wayfair for the compliment! You make it easy to appear as if I had professional assistance in decorating. I love the app on my phone and also ordering from my computer. I am a forever customer!

I have been very pleasantly surprised with this app! I have been able to find items here I can't find in stores. And the convenience is beyond words. I was able to buy bedding, dressers, bed frame and headboard, bunk beds, storage cabinets, outdoor furniture and storage, and many more things. Love all the selection, and all from the convenience of my smart phone. And shipping was very professional and nothing ever damaged. I really appreciated the ability to pay more for certain furniture pieces to be put together for me. I wish they did that for more items! And the ratings from other users are super useful and important for my purchases.

I have an ipad2 updated ,but it struggled on the website ,loading slowly and aggravating me. So I got the app which seemed unnecessary but it has actually helped me with shopping on this site. I actually shop on the site a lot. It has a tremendous amount of choices and gives you cash back against your next purchase. The customer service is also great. The app is also great because it's easy to navigate,loads quickly, and let's you specify what you are searching for in terms of cost, color, style etc. you can also save items to idea boards with ease. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone shopping for their home or business.

I first discovered Wayfair about three years ago when I was searching for replacement kitchen light fixtures, and had a great experience at that time. Since that time, the site has grown and expanded to include so many more options! I just finished outfitting a new home with fixtures, fans, curtain rods- just about everything I needed! With free shipping to your door, how can you go wrong! I've been more that happy with each purchase- the product descriptions are dead-on and the reviews afford deeper insight to each product. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and excited to move into my new home next week. Thank you, Wayfair!

I love this app so much, I am literally addicted. The merchandise is great, everything is perfect but I haven't been able to open the app lately. Whenever I press on the app icon, it loads for about 10 seconds then it crashes. I've tried everyday & it still keeps happening. It's been doing it for about a week now

Wayfair, by far, is one of the best customer service companies out there. I've purchased several items through them and their offspring, AllModern, and have never encountered a single issue that wasn't handled quickly and fairly to the Nth degree. They will totally replace any item you have that may be of consequence to you, without a blink, and quite often tell you to just keep the item you're sending back. Quality and pricing is always spot on, and selection is superior to any other site of its kind that I've come across. I wish all businesses were run the way Wayfair is, trust me you won't be disappointed.

Wayfair is a great source to buy stuff for the house they have everything and competitive prices never had a problem with them at all only positive experiences and easy to buy...the app makes everything even easier...easy access to the site its a quick and direct reliable link to everything..even easier to navigate around, search, save, explore, the shopping cart, just a great complete shopping experience package. Checkout is fast, simple and clear too, all options and no hassle..the only negative thing I can say it's way too easy to spend a lot more money and do so, some would say that's a bad thing lol

I have used Wayfair to add several pieces to my home from lamps, end tables, accent pillows, rugs....to bed linens. Every purchase arrived on time, damage free, and as described. The selection of products & vendors is vast and constantly changing--at first I found it intimidating! However when I started utilizing the "Idea Boards" to save and sort the items I was considering for purchase, the process became much easier. It is so easy to view by category and then save what you want to a board to later review....and I always read the product reviews before I purchase. Great app from a great company.

Not only is Wayfair a great company to buy just about everything from, their app is easy to use and reliable. I love how they have so many reviews of their products (some even have pictures from real customers) and will even notify you the day something you like becomes available.

Their customer service is awesome. You get quick, clear responses and results. I bought a mirror that was missing a piece. I took a pic of the missing piece and emailed Wayfair and the following day, a replacement was sent to me.

I've shopped many home decor sites and this one is THE best and easiest to use.

I recently discovered Wayfair. I am so pleased and every gift I sent for Christmas was early or on time, so far nothing broken or damaged ! Every gift was pleasantly received by my family and friends who all were amazed at the quality and the care in packaging.
I will continue to use this company as it a delight to not have hassles. We had one light last summer that wasn't exactly what I wanted and there was no problem returning it and replacing with one I liked. The person I spoke to was professional and very courteous and customer oriented. Try them today you won't regret it!

I had heard about Wayfair from my friends and relatives BUT...it sounded to good to be true...BUT...it wasn't!
I placed my first order on a Tuesday evening and received my order on Thursday!! Hard to believe, but that's the truth. I was more than satisfied when I opened up my boxes!! Every item was true to specifications and very easy to assemble!!
I still can't figure how they can have such low prices and 'free' shipping too!
I am now working on my second order and have no doubts that I will be satisfied on this order too!!

Have been pretty much redecorating my whole house through Wayfair. If only things could be delivered at once! One shipment has been damaged en route. They are sending someone to see if only the packaging was damaged or if damage actually got through to the furniture. Am anxiously awaiting news now. I'm just glad they didn't get it all the way here for them only to find furniture was damaged. Am finally getting my favorite colors to surround me...happily, it's what I plan on retiring with! Prices are great and not the same thing that everyone else has. Yay! I'm sold!

I have been a wayfair customer for a couple of years now and I have to say they are a great company!

They ship fast, which is something I really like about wayfair.

Once I got a runner carpet and the wrong pattern was sent. I called the day I got it and explained what happened. The woman I spoke with was extremely nice and willful. She worked with me and had another, and correct, carpet sent the same day and got it immediately. Some people would be mad about getting the wrong carpet, but wayfair was quick to fix the problem.

We ordered a TV stand with the perfect amount of storage and shelf space. I had looked for years to find one that fit perfectly into the nook in the wall and that was the right hight to view TV from bed. This was an awesome piece that checked every box and it was at a great price. I just ordered a new chair and rug for my son's/guest room. I hope to receive by the end of the week for our guest and a Halloween party. I was always afraid to order online without seeing something first in person, but I now have no hesitation to order from WayFair

I love,love, love Wayfair and this app! I recently remodeled a section of my home and the Wayfair app was my go-to site! I loved the huge selection, the product descriptions and reviews. I loved saving possible choices to different idea boards which made it easy to narrow down my final selections. I purchased a large rug, a table, cabinetry hardware and drapes from the site and was very pleased with the value and quality of all items. Every item arrived quickly and BEFORE the promised delivery date. I highly recommend this site!

Wayfair is a home shoppers dream come true! Great value, quality and prices. Beats going to different big box stores to shop for home goods which have no selection and are more expensive. I haven't been disappointed yet! Recently moved into new home and have bought everything from furniture to curtains to rugs and they've all been great for the prices. App makes it so easy to navigate and order. Rewards are great and easy to apply to next order. I'm convinced it's the only way to shop for everything home! LOVE Wayfair!

Wayfair has an amazing selection, really great prices and quick shipping. I have been purchasing items for both my home and business and love the service and selection I receive. I am part of Wayfair's Trade program and I highly suggest it for anyone in the Design/Construction/Remodeling industry. You receive your own personal account manager who keeps in touch with you and oversees your purchases, making sure everything goes smoothly. Great place to find those interesting items you just can't find anywhere else!

I am a new member of the Wayfair community and let me start by saying this company is AMAZING! I had some trouble with the shipping (UPS AND FedEx) when I made my first purchase and long story short, Wayfair settled the matter for me in a day, while the delivery company had me arguing with them for over a week that I never received my packages. Turns out they delivered to an incorrect address they got from the post office box. Needless to say I will continue to use this website. I love them!! Recommend to ALL.

This app makes shopping at Wayfair so easy. I can find what I'm looking for quickly and Wayfair has a wide selection of EVERYTHING. I can also browse at my leisure without the clutter and confusion that some sites display their products. The prices at Wayfair are very reasonable. I can often find the same item in stores, but for a higher price. Their products are well made. I have been satisfied with everything I've purchased from Wayfair and now that I have the easy to use app, will probably shop even more.

I ordered the Tristan metal bed for my guest room and it is so beautiful! The price was fantastic, and even though it was a little scary to order furniture online, I took the plunge and was not disappointed. Shipping was prompt and the item was well wrapped so it incurred no damage. The bed was easily assembled in less than an hour, and it looks much more expensive than the $220 I paid! Thank you, Wayfair. My experience was so good that I just ordered a credenza for my TV. I can't wait for it to arrive!
