I have ordered many different pieces from way fair. I have found the information to be accurate if you read all the descriptions and pay attention to the details. The shipping has been so fast and packaging has been great, no dings or damage from poor packaging. This is now my go to site when I am looking for decor.

This is my second purchase on the app. The design of the content and information for the products are well organized. My first purchase was a high quality king size bed and experience surpassed my expectation. I came back for a dinning table and looking forward to another wonderful experience.

Our experience with Wayfair has been exceptional to date. This is our 5th time to order and every item has arrived perfectly- on time and just as represented! Our friends have followed our lead and one just ordered her entire "bathroom makeover" from Wayfair and they couldn't be happier with the quality and style!

I have purchased from Wayfair in the past and so far have not been disappointed. There is a great variety and loads of options available. I think the prices are fair, the quality is good and the fast shipping is absolutely great. I would recommend to anyone to give it a go. I think you'll have a great experience.

I recently made the Wayfair plunge.. I am hooked.
Ordered a large trunk, delivery was very prompt and my trunk had some damage (manufacturing error) and they replaced it and did not make me send back the damaged piece. And the phone convo for return process was very pleasent. I'm ordering some more things today!

Shopping is so easy, I'm a new user, received my first order last week, high quality, fantastic price point and what was shown on the screen was exactly what I got. Searching is easy, especially since I have a very short attention span and am definitely not a techie. Can't wait for my next order to get here.

My first order came quickly and everything was just as described on the site. The app is so easy to use and I love the poison to create a room board-it helps you see the whole picture of what your room will look like.

Awesome website! It has lots of stuff to choose from, finding several things that i havent been able to find anywhere else. Plus FREE shipping offers, cant bet that! Only thing is please fix it to where we can ask questions anout your products, i see this but there isnt NO access for us to ask our questions.

Great quality, fast delivery, excellent customer service ( only needed that once, but it was a pleasant experience). I shop this site first every time I need something! Highly recommend , and the rewards are a nice bonus!

Wayfair is "Way Fair"!! I shop around before buying and Wayfair has always beat any competitor so far! A few months bag I ordered a set of beautiful canisters that I am thoroughly pleased with! Just ordered an entry bench, bedroom storage bench and a Cuisinart Coffee Maker...can't wait to receive my order!!

I absolutely love having the Wayfair app accessible 24/7 on my phone! The daily sales & HGTV selections group together fabulous items for quick ideas~ you can always find that just right piece to complete a look or that one unique find that begins an entire design concept for a room, or even the whole home!

Browsing through merchandise is great on the app. It's very well organized and goes seamlessly through items. I also like that user submitted photos show up in the photo section of a listing. I just bought from there and will submit photos when I receive my couch. Checkout is easy as can be! Great app!!!!

Bought a new home and wanted to make it "mine" with little money left to do do. That transformation is is happening one item at a time in quick succession because of Wayfair! Just placed another order and can't wait to see my new patio furniture on my new deck.... Really want an early spring next year!

I have used wayfair a couple times and every time had no problems. Once I was sent the wrong color cutting boards the week of Xmas, and had a great customer service rep and had the cutting boards by Xmas, and they were not even a gift. They were just for me! Great site easy to use and easy to return!

I've purchased numerous items from Wayfair always arriving on time and intact. CS is excellent for that rare unanswered question and the app is wonderfully easy to use. And hey! How about that "idea board". Totally love being able to design an entire room and see the pics in one place before I buy.

I was recently introduced to Wayfair and have fallen in love. The app is so easy to use and the daily sales are amazing! I haven't received my order yet but my friend that introduced me has recently made multiple purchases to furnish a new home. It has me so excited to do the same! Love this site!

Everything I've gotten from Wayfair has been great quality and exactly as portrayed in pictures and I'm picky!! I read reviews always and if an issue or question arises and I need an answer, customer service or account manager will have an answer for you or get it done pronto! Three thumbs up!!

I discovered Wayfair right before I bought my new home and I've so fallen in love! The app is perfect with the idea boards and shipping is free and fast. Prices are great! I've bought chairs, bedding, curtains, art, decor, kitchen wares, and pillows and all have met or exceeded expectations.

I ordered a guest bedroom set through Wayfair only to have a few pieces arrive damaged. Without any argument, their customer service rep gave me options on how I would like to resolve the issues. Fast and more than fair when it comes to making sure you are happy with what you buy through them!

Haven't found any problems with the app so far. But I have ordered two items from Wayfair and I have to say both of them are a superb quality. I don't think there's any junk on that site at all. Everything got delivered before the time they said it would. Can't say enough good about this app.
