I don't understand why everyone's having problems with this app either. I already had an online account with My School Bucks before I downloaded the app. After installing it, all my stored info was easy to pull up. Now I can make lunch payments without having to get on the computer. Yes, it does take a little bit of time to actually reflect on your child's account at school. This is the exact same process as their website. If your child is running low on lunch money, then make your payment before their account is completely depleted. Easy Peasie lemon squeezie.

Good program. Good functionality. Better than lunch tickets, or giving kids cash. And we get email alerts when balance is getting low. It does what it is required to do and meets the majority need. A really nice program in a time when over 50% of children at our local schools get free lunches, and an additional 20% get reduced lunches, because of low household income. My only complaint is that I would rather do without this kind of technology and put that money toward the kids and the food.

Downloaded the app this morning 8/25. My login for the website worked fine on the app with no issues on first try. Both of my children appeared along with their current balances (matches balances on website). It displayed their meal purchases from yesterday which was the first day of school. The option to add funds works for me. This is for the McKinney ISD in Texas. App works fine here and is easier than trying to login to the website from my phone.

I downloaded the app today and it pulled my daughter's info correctly and the balance and history is correct. I had troubles with the website a couple of weeks ago saying it couldn't locate her, but after a few days it worked as if they were behind with processing registrations from the school. I was skeptical after seeing the reviews, but I see no problems on my account so far.

Why can't I add $10? Sometimes I just need to add a quick $10 for the week but it won't let me so I have to go to the computer so it's not very convenient. You fix that and it's an awesome 5 Stars!

Wow that was quick! This app gets 5 stars for fixing the issue above. I was now able to add any amount to my kids account thank you!

Two kids, two different schools...discovered this app when I was running errands at lunch not in front of my laptop when son calls in a panic.

Super easy to use. More convenient than the website with same basic functionality. So glad I discovered it!!!

I love the purchase history part of it. I was able to see how many ice cream and cookie my kids ordered at school and therefore advise them a good healthy eating habit. They are now allowed one sweet per week and they listen.

I'm not sure why some of the other reviewers are not satisfied. It works great for me on my iPhone 6.

I can see what my daughter is purchasing, get push notifications when the balance is low and add money to her account.

Easy to use, no issue at all! Must have fixed it or people are just hard to please these days, I had zero problems! Lot easier than the website, this is why I don't put much weight in these reviews. Again no issues!!

This app has been working well for me. Even when my child brings lunch but wants to buy milk, I can see in history when she buys one (or two to share with friend). I can add more money quickly right in the app.

Maybe they've worked hard the past few days to fix things, but this app works just fine for me. I have an iPhone 6 plus. It let me log on easily, both my kids were listed, and the payment was effortless.

I had no problems switching from the old app to the new, just be sure to use your email address not your user name. All info transferred including cc number.
Thanks for making the transition so easy!

The newly updated app has worked well for me me so far. If you avoided earlier versions, as I did, it may be time to give it another try.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I have no issues at all with this app. Very easy and convenient to use.
