使い方や遊び方

Eating 30 or more plants a week increases the diversity of your gut microbiome. The more different plants you eat, the better for your overall health. Plant Counter helps you count your weekly number of plant based foods. A plant is any food that has been grown. Vegetables, fruits, whole-grains, legumes, nuts and seeds and herbs are all plants in this regard.

Plant Counter also keeps statistics for your weekly number of plants, so you can easily keep track of your streaks and progress. It also tracks what plants you eat the most of.

The app is a one time purchase whereafter you will keep it for life. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no adds.

All your data is stored locally on your phone and not shared with anyone.
