Body Matters Experience App is a health and wellness fitness app designed to empower ALL WOMEN, mentally, physically, and spiritually, lead by Fitness Trainer, Educator, and Motivator, Tosha B.

Exercise is medicine. In order to achieve physical wellness, we must be mentally and spiritually "fit".

The app consists of meals with macros listed to better suit your health needs. Fitness Programs to help you sculpt and create the body you desire. A Prayer Program to nurture your spiritual being. Weekly live workouts. Women empowerment sessions, challenges, and a community of women to help you build a foundation of self-love, self-worth, and self-value.

This app is for women of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Every one of you MATTERS! This app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow with all levels of intensity and modifications for those who need them.

We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts. They can enable the iWatch option from the devices section under Account, the user has to open the iWatch App and Start Session. The health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Account.
