Hello all. For those having the same issues, i.e the app hang and closed, after you upgraded to new phone 6s/6s+ or iOS9... Solution is to delete the app and re-install. Yes, download the app again and it should work. You need to enter your registered email and password again. That should do the trick. I can access my Gold Rewards again now :) Thanks Starbucks Singapore for replying to my email promptly to this problem

I LOVE STARBUCKS, and this app makes it all possible for me to reload my card(s) - yes i have many Starbucks cards and this app helps me keep track on all of them! It's easy for me to see my rewards too, and whenever I find myself at a Starbucks cafe, it's easy for me to open up this app and pay for my food and drinks with the app, even if i didn't have my card with me :) thumbs up for this app!

The image of my card is display properly on the website but not in the app as I have a few cards and the 1st image is always the new year image when my 1st card is the Christmas one. All the rewards is also lost when I remove and add back the same card. It's a disaster. Overall the app is great, just some minor issues to fix.

At least 40% of Starbucks patrons in Singapore are not Singapore citizens. Yet the company has chosen to make the app available only the Singapore ITunes store.

This means that the thousands of expats who have iTunes accounts from their country of origin - can’t access the app.

Love the GUI of the entire app, it gives a great user experience!

For those who reviewed that we can't pay using our phone, we will be able to do it in a few weeks time. Starbucks is currently setting up the system in all the cafe!

I was quite shocked when I read the reviews and slightly apprehensive about my download. But it worked fine for me. It is possible that the bugs are fixed. I hope those who have had a bad experience would give it another try.

Soo far its a helpful and convenient app. Able to reload my sbux card, earn points at a tap on my phone. Menu and stores nearby can be helpful. But if can be used in Changi Airport will be great!!

Need to uninstall and reinstall if you just changed iPhone... Somehow it will crash upon opening if you restored the app from a backup

Fast and gets the job done. I'm incline to believe whoever said this app is slow has really terrible connection.

This app is the only reason why i would buy iphone6.
