Does what it is supposed to when it is supposed to. Used this for checking claims when the hospital called to collect on something insurance was still processing. I could tell them what was being paid

Having all 4 of my families insurance cards quickly accessible in an app that can then instantly fax any of those cards from INSIDE THE APP is priceless. They just saved my wallet a quarter inch of space. I have had no connectivity issues so far. Aetna and Bluecross, at the time, had no such app- this is considerably better than those providers. User eXperience and UI seem to be given heavy thought. It is very intuitive.

I took I'll and was hospitalized for approximately 6 days. It is amazing to see the different doctors that treated me. From the emergency room throughout my recovery period at home this CIGNA app tells it all. It shows when claims have been paid and when they have been denied. It is important for the individual person to know about their health insurance and CIGNA explains it all.

This app allows me to easily navigate all my medical information. I love that I can open and log in and find almost anything I need quick and easy. Keeps track of HSA balance, Ids,office visits,

I have no issues with the application. It provides me the resources I need. I was able to view my cards, I was able to see my claims and what was paid. I could easily tell what I owed, not sure why

What a great app! It has a place for everything medical AND DENTAL. With chronic health conditions this aids to organize meds, appointments and billings. I just chose a new dentist for myself!!

This app is amazing I see all the activities and all the charger I have in my insurance plus. I have the choice to fax my card to the doctor office from this app. So Nice thank you Cigna

Easy to use. I love the dashboards. You can also see your claims, current deductibles, current progress towards meeting them. Love that you can submit reimbursements via the app.

I use the app mostly to refill prescriptions. Previous coverage was with CVS, and that app is horrible. Every feature of MyCigna is intuitive, well documented, and easy to use.

Interface is very nice and claim details are awesome and detailed. Better than my earlier insurance uhc. Initially i had some issue with the login before my coverage starts.

Before bugs were fixed, I wouldn't use the app. Now it's fantastic. I can check any and all claims billed, paid and adjustments
