Was trying for a while to secure the prefect seats using the Buy on Map feature on a full browser, using a laptop. When I finally selected the perfects seats my son and I and proceeded with purchase, an error kept popping up stating that either the seats were taken use the Find Seats For Me option.

I tried multiple times securing my seats on the map and, with no success, let the site itself try to find the exact seats I wanted, but always failed.

I decided to try the mobile app, based on the site's on recommendation. I was surprised by how easy it was to find my event. The search bar works really fast. The best part? When I selected for the app to find my seats, based on the exact section I wanted, the first result produced the two seats I was looking for!

The Ticketmaster app is really good, so much has been improved on it by being able to have your ticket scanned directly on your phone PLUS reimbursement on your purchases in any event of illness or something else. Since I have sickle cell anemia this is a GREAT option because I can plan something and have no idea that I am going to get sick and be hospitalized so to have that insurance available if I need it to get refunded on my purchases is GREAT!! I saw R. Kelly in October for my bday and now I'm going to see Martin Lawrence in 3 weeks on February 20th!! Very convenient when making purchases via my iPhone6Plus!!

First off, yes, we all think TicketMaster is a ripoff, but I'm rating the app, not the company.

I was just able to find and buy tickets to an upcoming show in literally 30 seconds. Try doing that on the TM website.

Also, if you want to check different ticket options, like section and price level, it's really easy to do--again, not so much on their desktop site.

I haven't encountered any of the technical issues some other reviewers mentioned. My experience is that the app is fast, slick and easy to use, and if you have to buy tickets, this is the way to go.

I was referred to to ticketmaster through the center that holds all the events in our town. I purchased my first tickets to Jason aldeans concert through ticketmaster and was so pleased with my experience. Not to mention, I got great seats for an awesome price!! Definitely going through ticketmaster again to purchase another set of tickets. Only bad side is the "fees" they have when you purchase tickets but it's not a lot. Only thing I wish was different if they would show you a map of where your seats are instead of having to go hunt down the map.

It seems people are giving this app a bad review. If you actually read the prompts after installing the app, and read the settings in the app, you can fix all the problems people have been complaining about.

I generally buy my tickets online. I use the app to get my tickets into my PassBook and share those tickets with my friends. I can also transfer tickets to other people using the built in Transfer feature.

Works as needed and shouldn't be hated on.

Very convenient. I get notifications of when my favorite artists have tickets on sale. Using the app to add tickets to the passbook eliminates printing tickets out. I logged into the app on my iPhone 6s and my laptop at the same time to buy Kendrick Lamar tickets. The laptop never brought up any results but the app was successful during crazy peak time. On my old iPhone 4s I admit it was a little buggy but I definitely love the improvements made.

In a fit of panic ad having forgotten the National pre sale at the Greek today I whipped out my phone just now, fired up the ticket master app, and in 30 seconds had tickets saved to my passbook. All it took was a search, click Find Tickets, use Touch ID to pay with Apple Pay, and we're done. This is kind of mind blowing actually. This all used to be clunky and crash happy and its miles better now. Nice work.

Just used this to buy concert tickets for the first time, on an iPhone 6. It took about a minute and was super easy and so convenient.

Only suggestion for improvement is to be able to more quickly delete messages from your inbox. They need to be deleted individually and that is slow. May seem like a minor point but if you don't open the app for a few weeks a lot of messages can accumulate.

After having some decent seats during the Coldplay presale I got a bit cocky and gave them up to look for better seats and lost the ability to get any tickets. Tried for about 45 mins until it dawned on me to try the app. Within seconds I was able to purchase awesome floor seats!!! It was so simple and quick; definitely will be my go to source for future tix purchases! 100% recommend.

I'll keep it 100% that this is a great app for me personally because I've done so much business with it but I also have fault with how there's so many other venues and shows that don't show up on here and I'm clocked out of a chance to witness it. At the end of the day though I'm happy that I get a chance to witness some of my heroes and stars in person thanks to this app!

This app is another way that has brought me closer to Christ because it made it easy and quick for me to buy tickets to go see Chris Tomlinson, an amazing Christian contemporary artist at the American bank center in Corpus Christi. I recommend this app for anyone looking for or buying tickets for any events. Beware of some minor service maintenance. Really good app though!

After trying to buy tickets at the Ticketmaster online site, I moved to the app because I kept getting errors on the site. First, my card was questioned. Next, they didn't like my combination of city and zipcode. Finally, I timed out twice and had to change my password, though it was the same I logged in with.
With the app, better seats and quick service to buy!

So freaking convenient! I remember when I was younger walking over to a grocery store with my friends to buy tickets inside at the customer service desk.. Wow how times have changed. This is amazingly convenient and easy. And I don't even have to worry about printing tickets, will call, or paying extra to have them delivered in the mail! Simple and convenient!

So great! My friend who works at the Ryman said this is the best way to purchase tix outside of the Ticketmaster website. He was right. When the website locked up, this app got me through when I thought I would never get tickets. Great app - highly recommend. Or should I recommend this? Maybe you will get my tix now! Dang it! Don't use this app! ;)

If this app were any easier, it would read your mind, order the tickets & simply send you an email that you're going to a great venue.
I received pre-sale email for concert & had tkt's bought in 10 minutes.
The app uses pictures to verify we're not "bots". This saves a lot of time. On full site, they use the screwy characters I can't see!

I'm glad that it was so fast to purchase resale tickets through the Ticket Master iPhone app because I checked a few times before purchasing to see if there were any new tickets for sale and found two that were 20% cheaper than what had been available for over a week. So BAM I hit purchase, and the tickets were mine!!

I just bought a ticket for the Motorhead / Anthrax show. I've never seen them before, so I'm pretty stoked!

The Ticketmaster app made it easy to find the right price. Once I entered my information, I just clicked buy, and now I'm on my way to an awesome show!

I always go to the ticketmaster website to get Tickets and then I found out they had an app. This is a great app and easy to use. I can store my credit card info and find tickets on the go. I'm not sure why people are complaining about the app. I find it's easy to use. The hardest part is proving your not a robot.

Thank you Ticketmaster, for having such a professional interface. if a web sign in doesn't take the trouble to have a freaking ampersand and period under the alphabet....lame website-amateurs. Ticketmaster has it right.

Great app, but amazing when out of town and looking for something to do. It's your personal concierge. VERY easy to navigate and violá "you've got tickets. I will use it all the time when traveling. If only Ticketmaster could make more tickets digital. For goodness sakes the airlines have been doing it for years.
