Smooth process, easy to use, Apple Pay is convenient, "view from seats" is a nice touch. Being able to compare the view and price from a different section without giving up your present tickets would be nice.

This was the first time I used this new app and it went smooth as pie!
No hard to read letters to prove I wasn't a robot, just picture matches. Why didn't they think of this earlier!!

I just purchased two tickets in less than a minute and the app worked awesome. It even linked through from the email offer seamlessly so I was quick to purchase and get good seats. I really like the app!

One day before my wife's birthday and i just pull the app up , search her favorite artist, find the closest venue and the best seats, click buy and its done. It really doesn't get any easier than that!

I have used this app so many times and it works amazing! I love that I don't need to print my tickets I can just have then scanned off of my phone. I never have any glitches anytime so that's a plus!

Using the app and Apple Easy Pay makes it dangerously easy to buy tickets! I have used it a couple of times this summer and by choosing "best available" It is complete within just a couple of minutes.

Love this app. Once you get your payment info in, it's so easy. I love the alerts you can set! I got Citi pre-sale tickets I would've never know about if it weren't for the app's Alert functionality.

This has got to be the easiest way I've ever ordered tickets! Using mobile tickets is very easy no forgetting them in the car or holding on to them, swipe the screen your then on to the festivities!

I use this app a lot when ordering tickets for different events. You can set up an account with a credit card to speed up your process if you don't feel like filling out your credit card every time.

The Ticketmaster app is easy to use! It takes you step by step through the transaction. I love being able to bring my tickets up on the app rather than printing tickets when I go to an event.

I really like the way all the functionality is laid out. Very easy to use. Easy to access seating chart too. Checkout is soo fast and simple it's scary how easy it is to spend some money!

I had no problems using this app. I would like to be able to add a card without buying tickets. I tend to be slow and I timed out while entering the information so I had to start over.

I've used LiveNation for a while, ticketmaster is so much easier and quicker to use and I always find tickets that LiveNation said weren't available!!! I love them and this app so much

I was having no luck finding great seats for my son and I. I was on my computer and my iPad, but was having no luck. I downloaded the app and got the great seats I was yearning floor.

I really like the way the Ticketmaster app works to purchase sports tickets. It gave me the choice of best available or choice using a seat map, and I was able to pay with Apple Pay.

The new update for this app is great. I ordered my tickets and paid within 2 minutes tops....that's how it should be, quick and easy. The captcha feature with pictures is great!

Great sight! Very intuitive! I just wish u could pick where u wanted to sit and see the view of where u will be sitting like on Stubhub! But still very easy to use and convenient.

I had issues with the TicketMaster website, so I thought I would download the app and try it that way. Worked perfectly and I got the tickets I needed. Very happy customer here.
