Brilliant app to keep you accountable and on track
Absolutely brilliant app. If you’re serious about losing weight then put in absolutely EVERYTHING you consume, yes, even the one jelly baby and half a broken biscuit. It’s the only way you can see exactly where you’re going wrong and where you’re on track. And here’s a light bulb moment - one day off the rails will not undo all your hard work - but many days will. If you eat sensibly the majority of the time, the weight will come off and stay off. I’ve used this app for over a year, lost 11 kilos after 8 months (my goal was to lose 6 kilos) and kept it off. I still use the app religiously to ensure I stay where I want to be. If you’ve got time to send a text, you’ve got time to enter what you ate. Better still, enter it before you eat it and then when you see the calorie count decide if you a) really need/want it and b) can you afford the calories or should you make a better choice. No excuses with this app and no one ever needs to see it except you.
