ING Australia Banking [iPhone]

The major 4 banks in Australia & quite a few other 'customer friendly banks' are lacking customer interests first. Well' I've been with ING Direct for over 4 yours now and their orange every day

It has been a long time coming and thankfully this app does everything it should. The UI is intuitive and clean, you have the option to pay to new accounts with pay anyone or bpay on your OE and all the current interest rate details you need. I can even get my super balance!

I too am with other banking institutions, but they are limited on what you can view in an app! I find that on many occasions I need to go to the desktop to be able to fully use my banking facilities -

Best banking app & bank! So much so that I have just closed my accounts with all other banks.

However 2 suggestions

So much more user friendly, transferring between accounts is a breeze compared to the old app. And having the ability to display account balances without having to sign in is such a time saver! We

The app is pleasant to use. It offers plenty of options -- most, if not all, the options you might want for it. Allows multiple users. Is secure and easy to disable if you lose your phone. It's also very easy to set up. The only trouble I've experienced is some down-time where the app could not be used, but I haven't had this issue since early 2014.

Absolutely love this app due to 3 simple but important factors; Clarity - it's clear, consice and easy to read; Simple - it has not been overloaded with nonessential or unnecessary "extra" information, it has only what you need and therefore is very user friendly; AND last but certainly not least, it's FAST! No waiting around here watching endlessly rotating circles!

For years CBA have set the standard in Australian bank mobile apps. And you've just surpassed it. Seriously - congratulations. Fluid, native iOS app, clearly designed by knowledgable objective c

Great app and so easy to use. I was previously with BankWest and struggled to find out what was the principle and interest repayments (as BankWest lumps it together). With the ING app, it separates this clearly and also clearly dates scheduled deductions for credit card payments etc.

Really clean and simple UI with some really cool features allowing for total account and card management from phone. Only suggestion would be to allow pausing of scheduled payments. So excited to move
