Hands down the best designer discount/shopping app. I highly recommend RueLaLa. They offer the best brands at the best prices. It is way more affordable than Gilt Group and MUCH better service than HauteLook (and faster shipping than both).

It actually makes it possible to afford the designer items that would otherwise be way out of my league. I have bought Seven for all Mankind jeans for $50 that retails for ~$180, a BCBG dress for $25 that retails for $153 and innumerable other fantastic deals. I probably bought 10 sun-dresses this summer, one more adorable than the next, but who needs 10 new sundresses? I can hardly fault them for having too much that I can't turn down. I need to go to RueLaLa anonymous meetings! From reading the other reviews, this is totally a common theme. Maybe we should actually start a support group. Haha.

Like I said, super fast shipping, and they don't charge additional shipping for separate purchases made within 24 hours, which I really appreciate. They ate the only app that does that, which I took for granted till I was charged multiple times for shipping within the same order on HauteLook. Who needs that headache when there's RueLaLa?

It does crash a lot, which is a minor inconvenience for all that you get out of it.

Fantastic prices! But you have to be very quick - the best deals sell out in seconds. On several occasions I have contacted (via email) customer service and always found them to extremely helpful. The don't answer right away, but they always come back with a reasonable response. My first request was a way to search quickly by my specific size - and guess what, the app has that now. Most recently, I asked them to locate the style number of a wedding gown that sold out so quickly that I wasn't able to buy it from them - so I could use the style number to find it and buy it somewhere else. I had already spent a week searching without the style number, and it was impossible to find that specific dress. They found the style number and it was correct because I searched online using the style number, found the dress, bought it, and will wear it in my August wedding. To me this says that they realize making a customer happy will bring them more business in the long run. In short, I love this store...even if it has been bad news for my credit card balances!

It is not always easy to achieve total bliss/ happiness when buying gifts for daughters, sons, daughters-in-laws, sons-in-laws, a plethora of grandchildren, friends and myself. Somehow my internal alarm clock jars me sharply prior to a Rue event or Stylethon. My fingers begin to itch and twitch so that I can make the dash to the computer in my office with the knowledge that I will find (if I am lucky) to find the perfect treat for someone I love. When I receive the email confirmation, my heart does a happy dance envisioning the smiles of pleasure and excitement on the faces of the recipients! Now that most of the grandchildren are (almost) or actually in. their teens, they e mail
hints or queries to me which are no longer quite
as subtle. All I can say is Viva l'Rue with fingers crossed and feel replete with the joy of giving.

I wrote this review a while back but as with all devices and their accompanying updates, I am not sure if this review ever posted. Since I am a Rue 365 member, I can satisfy my shopping desires anywhere and at any time. Yes the site will crash (like every other app) but it quickly recovers. If anyone has had a bad experience with the app please don't rush to judgment saying that the Rue is a bad company. The Concierge service readily works to resolve problems either by phone or email. If your shipping appears to be slow, always remember to view the "item ships" area of the site which tells you when your merchandise will leave the warehouse and/or supplier. If you aren't satisfied, the teams at Rue La La will do everything possible to keep shopping members happy.

I LOVE Ruelala! I honestly don't buy things regular price anymore because this site has it all! Wits also nice to be able to get some of the better clothing lines at these prices. I will be paying off my graduate school loans for a while and if it weren't for Ruelala, i honestly wouldn't be able to have some of the nicer clothes i do have. And the great thing is that it keeps getting better. I love the new 30 day shipping for $9.95. Honestly, the shipping was what held me back from some purchases in the past, i.e. If i wanted to buy something that was $9 bucks, i didn't want to pay the shipping - but now i don't worry about it because I know I already have the shipping taken care of or it will be taken care of for the next 30 days. Whoever started Ruelala should be honored!

This is a 'can't live without' APP for anyone who loves to bargain shop! It is also a must have for those who hate to shop - this app will enable you to buy incredible gifts without stepping foot in a store or even thinking about gift ideas - it brings the ideas right to your fingertips every day. They have incredible deals and showcase the best designers. One main thing that sets them apart from other similar sites is that they have a risk free, easy return policy. I have found that the majority of these sites are final sale only. If rue la la does have a final sale, it is because the item was previously for sale on the site and is now more sharply discounted. They also have an incredible customer service team. This is far and away my favorite site to visit everyday.

I love Rue La La. It is so easy to use. They have the best shops that open every day, and last for an average of 72 hours. It's easy to navigate. The amount of open shops is not overwhelming, like on some other apps/sites, plus, the discounts are real and often substantial. I've used Rue for over 4 years now. I shop at least monthly, usually more often. I've had maybe 2-3 issues with an order being damaged or not right, and I contacted concierge who fixed it to my satisfaction each time, within minutes of my email or call. The people are friendly and professional. The merchandise is high quality and as described. You will love it once you try it!

I love Ruelala. I've been shopping with them for 5 years & never had a problem (except for once when I accidentally shipped something to the wrong address but customer service fixed my mistake immediately! They rock!). Ruelala has the best deals, and for someone with expensive taste but can't afford it, it's been a dream come true. I also never have time (or the desire) to go to a department store or mall, so the online and app shopping options that Ruelala offers are invaluable! I always recommend it to my friends and family - nobody has been disappointed yet.

Love it-- I'm addicted. Great stuff and some good deals on clothes, accessories and home goods. Some of the "sales" they have are still ridiculously priced so I always see what the price range is before I browse, so I don't fall in love with a $300 blazer. I do wish that some of the item descriptions told you more specifics about the item. I bought plates once, and they were beautiful- I had assumed they would be ceramic, but they were a heavy plastic instead. Overall, I love using ruelala-- I should actually delete the dang app because I shop too much!

I love this app! I've purchased so many great things from this company in the last month that I'm not looking forward to the credit card bills when they come in. But boy is it worth it. I'm signed up with a lot of apps like this which offer great discounts on upscale items but I have to say that the items carried by Rue la la are absolutely first class. Shipping is quick and you get it free for 30 days after the first purchase. You can't go wrong! Try it and see!

Since I need absolutely nothing, I just love browsing online & discovering a find I can't live without. Plus getting a high quality item at BARGAIN prices is a fun thrill. Customer service is outstanding. I buy often & return if it isn't exactly right. (Never been hassled about a return.) Be careful to check for Final Sale items that aren't returnable. I rarely buy those items as I had a bad experience with shoes ordered that didn't fit. Great site! Love it!

I've been a member for about 5 years. Most items in my home came from Rue La La. Rugs, wall hangings, chandeliers, clothes, bedding, kitchen appliances-you name it, they've got it and it's always great quality at a great price!
My favorite thing about Rue LaLa is the Concierge team! I can trust them to take care of us 100% of the time. They are so helpful and they always go the extra mile to make things right for me. I'm a very happy and loyal member. :)

I have been a Rue La La customer for over 5 years. I have been using the app for about 4 years. The app is easy to use and makes shopping (dangerously!) easy. Rue has impeccable customer service and truly care about their customers! The Rue 365 is one of the smartest features they have offered their customers. Fantastic things, fashions, etc. I find so many wonderful fashions and gifts...this is my go-to shopping site! Wide price range and selection of both designer and non-major brands, that anyone can find something in their price range.

Must be aware that most of the products are from one or two seasons ago. If that is Ok w/ you, as it is w/me, then you should love this app!

I love this app! It's fun to find different things on sale: from designer items to regular stuff at a discount. I've also returned items and the process is easy (make sure it's returnable before buying!) I can tell it's a well used app because a lot of times the things I want are sold out! So you gotta be quick! But at least you can be in your pjs while shopping haha!

I just placed my first order but it was so easy!! Plus the next 30 days I get free standard shipping !! Yay! So I didn't have to splurge and impulse buy. I can take my time on the other things I was thinking about purchasing‼️

The app is great! The one time I had an issue (of my own doing, I should add) I couldn't resolve through the app the customer service number was easy to find & connected me to a real person right away. It's SO NICE to be able to talk to someone who is able (and willing) to help.

This app is great! So many fabulous boutiques. You can find something for every person on your list and everything you need. The brands and prices that are offered are top notch. The app works very well which makes shopping easy and reliable. I have been extremely pleased with all my purchases and am excited with all the new boutiques each day.

I love Rue LaLa! The site and app are both very easy to navigate and offer high end items at great prices. It is so easy to shop with Rue and you receive the items very fast. The shipping time frame is almost immediate in comparison to their competitors. If you are into high end items or are a shopaholic then I strongly suggest this app!
