I started to use MyNetDiary 3 years ago. At the time, using food calorie calculator on a daily basis and the weight graph mainly. After a while, I was able to judge by myself calories and started to use it less, but still keep my weight graph ! They have enriched the app recently to add, for instance, weight graph from the start....amazing to see my 3 weight losses and rebounds over a 3-year period ! I lost 18kg over the period (106 to 88kg) ...mission accomplished! And I will continue to use it for my weight control.

I lost over 20 kg in seven months using this app. It has so many foods in the database that I always found the exact product or a near equivalent which helped me accurately track the nutritional info. Having the integration of my exercise data with my diet really helped me maximize both aspects of weightless effectively.
