REST is a beautiful and minimalistic app that helps you to ease into sleep mindfully.

It offers twelve stunning audiovisual mantras that you can watch or listen to, ideally after connecting to your bluetooth speaker. The app is designed to be free of distractions so you can focus on yourself.
