We want to feed young people’s natural appetite for action, movement and play – and let them enjoy the energy, confidence, good health and increased
ability that goes with it. BORN TO MOVE can make this happen.

WHAT IS BORN TO MOVE?
Les Mills’ BORN TO MOVE enables children to experience the vitality and joy that comes from moving to music – and in turn, nurtures a life-long love of
physical activity.
Each of the five different BORN TO MOVE programs is optimized for a specific age group and their core developmental stage, to suit both early years and
school years.

BORN TO MOVE is available for the following age groups:
4-5 Years Old
6-7 Years Old
8-12 Years Old
13-16 Years Old

WHY CHILDREN LOVE IT
BORN TO MOVE is jam-packed with smiles, laughter, singing and fun. It teaches age-appropriate motor skills that improve agility, balance, coordination,
endurance, flexibility and speed. Children thrive on the enjoyment and sense of belonging, making new friends and developing social skills. Most

Many sports and activities for young people are competitive and non-inclusive which may discourage participation. BORN TO MOVE fitness teachers are
trained to create an environment where all participants gain a sense of achievement and feel welcome and included.

THE RIGHT FIT
Co-created with young people, classes use music they love, moves that they can easily master, and words and explanations that make sense to them. They
also deliver core building block skills that have been expertly approved to align with their stage of development.

ACHIEVEMENT
Classes are designed to leave participants with a sense of collective completion; their confidence grows as they experience the thrill of mastering new skills
in an uplifting environment, supported by encouraging teachers.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
All the moves are pre-tested to ensure they ‘push’ young people to experience the full extent of their ability, while being safe for their age group
