評価が低いのがびっくりです。確かに最初の設定やマイナンバーカ-ドの登録など、手間がかかる部分はありますが、一度相手先に送金して、名前を登録すればほぼ当日に送金が完了します。
問題は名前のfamily name,givenameの捉え方が相手方と相違があって、送金すると名前が合ってないので何回も送金がキャンセルされるデメリットも確かにあります。

送金はとても簡単です。

オンラインプロファイルの作成

登録フォームに必要事項を記入して、オンラインプロファイルを作成します。ログイン情報を設定してください。

初回送金時に、本人確認を行う必要があります。現地の法規制に従い、2種類の本人確認書類を提出いただきます。

日本国籍を有する居住者の方は、以下の本人確認書類の表と裏をアップロードしてください。
1. 日本のパスポート若しくは運転免許証
2. マイナンバーカード若しくはマイナンバーが記載された住民票（6ヶ月以内に発行のもの）
外国の国籍を有する居住者の方は、以下の本人確認書類の表と裏をアップロードしてください。
1. 在留カード
2. マイナンバーカード若しくはマイナンバーが記載された住民票（6ヶ月以内に発行のもの）

送金設定

ウエスタンユニオンはおよそ130種類もの通貨で取引を行っています。選択した国への送金に対する無料かつ履行義務のないお見積りをいつでも取得いただけます。

送金依頼の各フィールドでご希望のオプションを選択します。

1. 日本から送金したい国を選択します。

2. 送金したい金額を入力します。為替レートや送金手数料の見積りを瞬時に取得いただけます。

3. 送金の受取方法を選択 1 : 銀行口座で、ウエスタンユニオン取扱店で現金引出し、またはモバイルウォレット 2 でお受け取りになれます。

4. 送金金額と送金手数料を支払うために、ウェスタンユニオンの口座に銀行振込を済ませます。

5. お客様のウエスタンユニオンのプロファイルに一致するよう、参照フィールドにEB番号とお客様のお名前を正しく入力します。

6. 受領書に記載の追跡番号（MTCN）で、いつ送金されたかご確認いただけます。

1 お支払いに選べるオプションは、送金を受け取る国によって異なることがあります。
2 送金された金額は、受取人のモバイルウォレットのプロバイダーに、受取人の携帯電話番号に紐づけられた口座への入金として支払われます。SMS利用手数料や口座限度額超過・現金引出手数料など、弊社以外のサービスによる手数料がかかる場合があります。送金された金額をいつお受取りいただけるかはサービスの取引条件によります。

Western Unionで送金すると、お客様はお得なレートで送金でき、受取人は手数料なしでお金を受け取ることができます。受取人の銀行またはモバイル送金サービスプロバイダーに送金するか、現金で送金します。

送金情報を銀行アプリにコピペで入力するのですが、¥12345.00とWUのメールにありますが小数点以下が付いてて銀行アプリに入力出来ずいつも金額は手打ち。円表示の場合の入力情報からは小数点以下を外して下さい。
