The purpose of this app is to provide an immediate option for institutions, group gatherings, or your favourite neighbourhood bar to manage crowds coming in without letting them wait for hours outside or in boring waiting areas just for a single ticket.

With this app, they can now get a queue ticket without having to be at the doorstep first. People can stroll around around nearby places and just get a ticket number simple scan to see which nearby shops are using ShortWaits to issue tickets.
