I love this app! Was so happy when I heard that PetSmart was finally making an app, its very user friendly, booking an appointment for your dog is so smooth, comes with articles to help you better understand your dog/pet. The list goes on and on. I haven't had any issue yet, I also like how you can comfirm appointments through the app, I prefer this over the site! One improvement: please have it to where you can access the store through the app instead of it linking you to the website.

I love this app! You can search for areas (parks, hotels, restaurants, etc) that allow pets so you and your pet friend can go on adventures. You can all book grooming and read some interesting articles all from the app.

The shop does take you to the web browser but it's not a big deal, still works fine whenever I use it! Plus PetSmarts everywhere, just go inside one and shop!

It's nice to see an app that isn't constant ads and sales pitches. The practical articles, "pet friendly area" finders and an ability to book services make this a really convenient app for just about any pet owner. I won't be bringing my cat in for a bath anytime soon but it's cool to even see the option on an app. Well done.

Just downloaded this app to find dog friendly parks and beaches while I am on vacation with my dogs. It took a lot of guess work out of my vacation and I didn't have to waste my time looking at multiple sites. Love it!

This app is going to be so useful in so many ways! I love the pet friendly places feature... I'm always looking for places I can bring my dog, and this portion is just so user friendly!

Love that I can now book grooming appts through this app with my regular person. So much easier than calling! Also love the pet friendly places - got a great list in my neighborhood.

Booking a grooming has never been easier! No more calling into a store for me!! I love how each of my pets gets their own news feed. Super easy to use.

Can book grooming and training quickly once account is set up. Nice articles. Gives you instore coupons from time to time. Those are hard to find!
