Dr. Cleaner cleans unnecessary files and you have the option to clear duplicate photos, they do it by finding the exact same photo and not similar named ones because sometimes you may have an image with the same name and other cleaners would delete something important.

Most of the programs in this category seem to crash. I have tried 8 to 10 programs on the App Store and deleted all but this one. This is the most stable and safe of the applications so far available.

Super cache cleaner that actually does what it says it'll do. Only wish it was backwards compatible with my ios7 devices. Oh well, can't have it all i guess!
