Finally, I am quite happy with the DD app. Apple Pay has been working very reliably for quite some time for re-loading. I may be imagining it but I find that Apple Pay reloads or a little smoother on the original app so I use that one to do the re-loads. I am a great fan of ordering-on-the-go which works well for me although for those wanting almond milk sadly that can't be selected. Before eve starting a mobile order it is important to make sure ones card balances are up-to-date as refreshes don't seem possible during the ordering process. Once my balance was too low but I had a DD Perks Reward Coupon. I was unable to succesfully apply this coupon to my order and kept getting the message I had to add value first. All in all I am very much enjoying these apps and I trust they will soon fix the reward coupon issue and being able to choose almond milk.

I am happy there is a new app for DD. The old one had a lot of bugs. The transition was very smooth! Downloaded it from the AppStore for iPhone. Opened it up and my money and points where already there. Very disappointed that most locations do not have order on the go. But I understand that if it was available it would crash the whole store. The location I go too is Hewlett Station Long Island NY and they get a rush of customers like 10 minutes before the trains come in. The store would have to hire like 3 extra people for the morning rush. So I think this order in the go will never be available at certain locations or maybe it will be only for coffee. Anyway DD has enough money that it's time they put some money into this new app. So thanks!

Love this retool of this app. Great ease of use, especially when using your pre-pay DD perks card. Best features include the ability to save favorite orders (for those of us who order our drinks a little different than everyone else.) Handy feature to pre order what you like, and not execute the final order until your close to your DD destination to make sure you food and beverage is freshly prepared... AND SKIP THE LINE. Easy, pleasant layout and design. A+ on this one. Worth downloading for the occasional or frequent visitor to any DD location.

Love the new app, took a few tries to navigate as with anything new. I appreciate that my credit card was not so easily transferred to a new app, just wish this was specified as I was in the drive thru attempting to use app for the first time, clearly needed my coffee lolol I guess my only suggestion at this time would be to work on an Apple Watch app too! Keep up the good work.. And Dunkin, please start sending out more perks, I feel like I'm getting none lately just the reminder of the pre order option..

I have seen few negative reviews with complains about the use of the app. Well I believe there is two elements in question, the application and the store service. I had no problems neither using the application nor the store service in Stamford CT. Actually I just have to thank to the 22 Long Ridge Store team that once covered a mistake of mine on using the app. Don't be discouraged by bad experiences, have your own and keep yourself running on Dunkin Donuts with a little more time now.

I am so thrilled that Dunkin Donuts finally rolled this app out. I used it today for the first time and the experience was GREAT! My order was easy and when I arrived at the store to pick it up, it was all ready to go and perfectly made!!! This is the way to go if you want to avoid inconsistent service and waiting in long lines. Even better, I didn't even have to takeout my cc or phone to pay, it's all done electronically through the app. No hassle!!!

This app is amazing. I will not be a statue anymore infront of the counter thinking what will I get. This saves time and prevent annoyance from the queue. I will already know what to order just by checking the app's menu. I just hate going to any resto undecided and the counter is staring at me tapping her foot like its a big exam day. I love this app and the color! I hope there was a chocobutter :)

Love the new interface, but having never done auto reload until this new app, it consistently tells me there's an error in processing the auto-reload for my card. I've even attempted to add a new dunkin card and payment method for it and the same thing happens. Please fix.

I love the dunkin app and rely on it almost every day. I get free coffee a lot and I can just scan my phone which is always on me unlike cards which I tend to lose. I also like that I can decide a minute before that I want to go to dunkin and reload my card right before purchasing.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. I love this app. Has made ordering and getting in/out of Dunks every day so much easier, plus you get coupons and rewards, too. For a guy who goes there every day this all adds up. Recent updates have improved things, too. Big thumbs up!

This app is great! I used it for the first time today and was able to order, skip the line and it was all ready for pick up when I got there! I love the fact that you can save the order as a "favorite" since I pretty much order the same thing every morning.

The updates have been great! The app is perfect for basic use. The option to order in advance definitely needs improvement- It would be nice if there were a "comments" or "special instructions" field to specify what you need.

So much better than the old app.
A lot more modern feel to it.
Dozens of better features.

Really like that I don't have to keep locations enabled to order.
