I too agree with two other reviews here that this app is now totally useless since the recent update! Not only is the app useless so is the main bt website for checking the call breakdown. This is since they did a technical update a couple of weekends ago. I got as far as a level 2 complaint but then no one phoned me back after that! BT please note no one can see their recent upto date call usage. It only shows the call data for the previous bill that has already been paid. Please FIX this problem as it has now been 2 weeks since this fault occurred.

**UPDATE on my above review** Star rating now 5 instead of 1.
Now sorted . At last the problem which I had trouble getting fixed by phoning has been resolved. No problems with App or the BT Website now and both are back to being useful. Thanks to Ash - BT Care Team.

Nice and simple - fast, easy way to check bill and internet speed (it talks to your hub so you can test from anywhere). Would be nice if it showed internet usage for unlimited customers but I guess I don't really need that. Hub reset is a bit slow but great to have this ability when away from home - gone are the days of trying to explain to confused kids or OAPs where the reset button is!

Initially I was going to rate it lower as I want it to do more... But couldn't think of anything else that would be that useful!

This is an absolute cracker: tried this and was astounded by the detail - I had forgotten completely about some of the detail on my account - and much to my surprise it included BOTH of my lines which I expected to be a bit beyond them. Now the next stage is to get the Fibre Infinity availability module on to the App and i can but hope Fibre To The Premises (FTTP) is along quickly. 10 out of 10 for a first attempt at the app and I look forward to the upgrades.

I've been wanting to see landline usage along with mobile usage and now you can .
You can also download your bill in PDF format too via this app. Great job

I like the improvements with this new version, especially the download bill option. Easy to use and shows me the info I need quickly.

It would be nice to see usage for unlimited accounts and PLEASE make a tablet version. I pay enough each month!!

Does not let me sign in to my business account. Does it support by business.
