Excellent Customer Service

I had an issue where a vending machine at work used to take pay range and the location discontinued. Unfortunately I had loaded more money to my pay range account before I found this out. I contacted pay range to have them refund the money on a Sunday afternoon. I didn’t expect to hear back from them until during the work week, but to my surprise, they had gotten back to me within the hour and told me that they would take care of reversing the charge to my card. With this kind of customer support, I must give this app and service a 5 star rating! I would definitely use them again!!
