I have shopped on the website previously & the App just makes it better. The first thing I bought was a hanging coatrack with cubicles and I absolutely love it and you could never find that in a store for the quality or the price that I paid. Their daily sales are amazing the prices that you pay. I always read reviews because that's very important to make sure you know what you're getting and they have a lot of reviews for each item usually, sometimes there aren't any reviews depending on if people bought it before or not. The one thing you can do is wait if you see something and you wanted it & it's on sale buy it because it'll be gone and then you're not going to get the sale price. It has happened to me twice so I learned my lesson I will never do that again. I highly recommend the site for anybody looking to re-decorate & home-improvement; lighting, bathroom cabinets, coatracks, etc. Anything that you can think of that you need for your home just amazing! I even bought a toilet bowl brush that I love so just wonderful App! Somethings may not be perfect like my coatrack has a little imperfection but if I bought it somewhere else I would have easily paid twice the amount if not more. Love, love , love Wayfair!!!

Moving across country for the 2nd time in 4 years, I found it more expensive to move furniture than buy new. Wayfair has outfitted nearly my entire new house. Furniture for 2.5 living rooms, bedroom furniture and accessories, bathrooms, area rugs. I have found that if I find something on another site, to look it up on Wayfair to price compare. A particular entry/console table I had an affinity for, I found on sale at Wayfair for $200 less! About the same for a particular chair. It sometimes works the opposite, the beloved it is on sale elsewhere and being frugal, I have purchased elsewhere.
Searching for items is a breeze, by brand, by style, price, color- I have fun just dressing up a room and saving it my boards. I can then play with colors, styles, etc, and change my mind a few times before buying. I love the fast shipping- using parcel instead of traditional line haul is brilliant! Wayfair has made this most recent move a fun opportunity!

After seeing numerous Wayfair commercials, I decided to check their site out. I can't express how happy I am that I did this!
Not only does Wayfair have fair affordable prices, their products are great! I purchased two large items from here within two weeks and they were delivered fairly fast and undamaged. I ordered a primitive braided rug and a kitchen island. My husband and I are totally PLEASED AND HAPPY with both items, but the kitchen island is fantastic! I even browsed other well known stores and Wayfair had the lowest price for the same exact kitchen island!
I also received a "thank you" email from Wayfair, after I purchased my second item, just because. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to receive this. It was totally unexpected but yet added that extra personal touch.
I can't express how happy I am that I checked Wayfair out....I foresee a lot more items being bought from here!

I recently moved into a new home and have been on the Wayfair app non stop.
I furnished both my children's rooms from top to bottom using the App. I couldn't be happier with the selections, quality and customer service. I even ordered mattresses from Wayfair. Our home is ultramodern and the selections are endless. Deliveries have been on time and one shipping issue over the holidays was handled so efficiently that I am starting to think of the Wayfair Team as my personal interior design team.
I do read reviews and take my time w selections and am hoping this review is helpful to anyone who hasn't used the app or ordered from Wayfair before. Many, many thanks to the customer service team and all the consumers providing their reviews!

I wanted to take a minute to let you all know- especiaLLy "Alice" that I couldn't be happier.

I've been shopping Wayfair using the app for about a year. I've made a couple large purchases.. Some items arrived shortly and some items seemed to take a while. All items arrived well packed and in perfect condition. (The same guy delivers to my house every time and he is very nice- he even helped bring the furniture inside.) Wayfair's selection is better than any store you can drive to and the price is better too. I had one item break a few weeks after purchasing, (due to an act of nature) ... I was on the phone for only 3 minutes, no hold, no transfers, no questions asked, no attitude... They immediately sent out a replacement, received 5 days later! I didn't even have to send back the broken one! Also... Reward points!! What? I don't even know how I got them... But I had about $200 worth of reward points to spend.. Got some Christmas shopping done for free! I love Wayfair- and you will too!

My sister introduced me to Wayfair a few months ago. She ordered a piece of furniture for her bedroom. She was so pleased with the delivery, the set up of the loveseat and the fact that it was exactly as described. A week or so later, she noticed that the fabric had a snag and a thread coming out of it on the seat cover. So, she contacted Wayfair Customer Service and explainedto the minor flaw. Wayfair REPLACED the loveseat!! Picked up the old and delivered and set up the new. No hassle. That's all I I needed to know. From then on I knew I would be making purchases from Wayfair. As such, I have already ordered three pieces of merchandise from Wayfair and will continue to in the future. Wayfair is Wonderful! Customer service exceeded my expectations. They are my "go to" for my home's furniture, decor. Thank you Wayfair. Don't change a thing!!

I absolutely love this app! Not only because I'm totally addicted to wayfair, but the app is super easy to use. I'm always looking forward to looking at all the fun sales they have, even if I'm not planning on buying anything. The way they organize items for sales by grouping them by purpose, theme, or style is always so fun and inspiring! And the fact that I get points for purchasing and reviewing items is an ingenious way to keep me hooked. I literally just spent $500 on furniture but felt perfectly at ease doing it because not only did I have enough points to get over $50 off, but I got a coupon in the mail for an additional 10% off, and I'm confident everything will come in a timely fashion like it always does. Thanks to you guys, my apartment is gorgeous and stylish, despite me having nearly zero experience decorating. Yay, Wayfair!

Wayfair is one of my FAVORITE places to shop online. I absolutely LOVE all of the various choices. They carry TONS of products in different materials, colors, styles, price points, etc. Sometimes it even seems there are TOO many options and I lose myself amongst the possibilities. I can certainly keep up with current styles and stay well within my budget at the same time. Thank You Wayfair. All of the work that goes into making this app great has not gone unnoticed. By far, this app has hit a home run for the home decor marketplace.
Coming from an extremely selective, sometimes hard to please person, (okay..picky) if you haven't searched Wayfair for your decorating needs, then you might be missing out on exactly what you're looking for. Take your high expectations to them. Most likely, you'll be anything but disappointed.

I have to admit, after ordering a very inexpensive comforter from Wayfair, I was a bit skeptical of what I would be getting. After receiving my purchase I was EXTREMELY satisfied! Since then I have ordered many items (including a swing set!) and been happy with every single purchase. Wayfairs products are very true to their pictures and descriptions and they don't sell 'junk'. I'm really tired of being high-dollared just to make a small change or redecorate and am a firm believer of "you get what you pay for". What's funny is I've definitely been paying 'junk' prices but have been VERY impressed with all items I've purchased. I have been more than satisfied with every single one of my purchases and have been raving about Wayfair to family and friends. The ease of ordering and rapid delivery are extra bonuses for me :)

If you months ago I was looking to move into a new house and began conversing with friends and family about how to fill the home. I downloaded the Wayfair at and it was a great starting point at seeing all the options available.

Even if you do not find quite what you were looking for it's a good starting point

Or if you see something in the store you like you can go to Wayfare it find something comparable, often it a better price.

My mother has been a client for almost 2 years and raves about how good the customer services. Recently she ordered two chairs that when they arrived were just not the correct fit for the room. Because she has been a repeat customer they picked up two leather chairs for her at no cost.

I have been shopping with Wayfair for about 4 or 5 yrs now, and I have to tell you that I am one satisfied customer! I have always enjoyed the convenience of being able to shop from the comfort of my couch! I can take all the time that I want browsing through the thousands of products that they offer! Their selection is awesome, you can definitely find what you're looking for. In all of the years that I have shopped with them, I have only had a couple of mishaps with my orders. Each time it was handled very professionally and also, very efficiently. There were never any questions asked, the item was happily replaced with no drama! I would definitely recommend shopping with Wayfair! No crowds to fight, and no long lines to stand in, and the best part is that I can shop in my pajamas

I am doing some (much needed) updates around my house and have researched products that I'm ready to buy. I went with Wayfair for the first purchase to kinda test them out: never having bought house goods online before (I like immediate gratification, what can I say?) I didn't expect much.

I was BLOWN AWAY!! Easy to navigate, easy to buy- and- wait for it- EXCELLENT PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT!! I called on a late Saturday afternoon, got immediate, friendly, knowledgable service. (Say what?!) I am pretty certain the shipping experience will be fine. If it's half as good as it the rest of the process has been so far, Wayfair has a new customer. For LIFE! Wayfair is the only place I can get a life size yeti statue and a scooter with a built in cooler. Thank god for such an amazing app. I use it everyday and can't believe how much it has changed my life. Free shipping AND up to 70% off everyday?! Now that's a reason to celebrate!!! Let's all party and order furniture together and sit on each other's accent chairs as we add more products to our idea boards. I have learned so much about my furniture aesthetic and can now find those little glass bird accents to put on my windowsill!! I can now be sitting on the toilet as I filter my rugs to be modern high pile nuLOOMs with purple geometric patterns. Pro tip: upgrade to inside delivery because the Wayfair delivery men are hawwwt.

I absolutely love Wayfair it is the easiest way to shop for anything for your home.
The only problem I had is they don't have in house delivery and some of the pieces I ordered were from 50 to over 100 pounds and I had to get my son and my grandsons to bring them in.
Stupidly I didn't even realize that that is was only front door drop off.
I am 68 years old and I live on the second floor and there's no elevator. So everything was left outside until I could get someone to come to my house. Except of course the items that were light enough for me to carry in.
If Wayfair would offer in house delivery there would be no limit to what I would order. As far as the quality and assortment l could be nothing but complete pleased.

We have been super satisfied with everything we have received from Wayfare. It has been beautifully packaged and delivered on time. It says to me that Wayfare inspect it sources before it takes the on. I know there have been negative reviews but I truly believe they were a problem with quality control with in the manufacturer. Anything that Wayfar could do to make it good they had done. I have never returned anything yet, but I have read reviews said that weight-bearing made it very easy for them. Until I have reason to believe otherwise Wayfair is my choice to shop. I do believe they can be a little high times in which case I keep searching, but many many times they have been right on track.

I just found this site this last year and it's been the best I've ever used!! I've bought all kinds of items for a newly built retirement cottage from bedroom furnishings, bathroom faucets, shelving, and the BEST kitchen sink! And now I'm getting baby things for our 11th grandchild!! Wayfair has gone out of its way to make sure everything was delivered correctly (cottage is 350 miles from where we live now!), and even called to make sure that I knew that I had Wayfair Rewards that were expiring. They have excellent customer service!! I ALWAYS look on their site first when I need any house furnishings. Thank you, Wayfair for providing such a trustworthy and helpful shopping experience.

I used to work for this company back when it was still CSN Stores and even back then I believed in their products and their potential for growth. I recently moved into my first apartment so of course I'm looking for furniture at a cost effective rate. Wayfair you have surpassed my expectations with regards to this app. I love it! It's easy to use, it's fast, no glitches & certainly no random App shut offs.

My favorite part about the apps are the boards (remind me of Pinterest - I'm an avid user)! Not only could I create my own boards on the App but I can also share it with my Pinterest account!

I have ordered several things with this company and I've never had any issues. I ordered a bed and nightstand for my son last February and a couple of the slats for the bed were broken, I called Wayfair up and being that I was on a time limit of getting the bed put together (birthday surprise) they had another one shipped out to me in 2 days! I've ordered several other items, 1 being a canister set as a gift...it was a 3 set and one canister was broke (I believe upon shipping because the box was in bad shape) again Wayfair had a replacement piece shipped to me in no time at all. I've not had a bad experience yet and I'm actually getting ready to place another order soon!

I enjoy shopping Wayfair for home items. The quality and service are good, and the app has nice features like creating Idea Boards to consolidate all the items I like for a room in one screen so I can easily compare and get a feeling of how they would look together. This is especially helpful when decorating a child's room. I only want to show my 6 year old the furniture I would actually consider buying...or he would keep picking toddler beds that look like cars! :) Wayfair also does a nice job of telling you the quality of an item (for a rarely used side chair I may stick to a lower budget, but for the arm chair I sit in daily I want to pay extra for higher quality).

I found many unique furniture and accent items, and know that I paid less by buying from Wayfair.

I especially appreciate the FREE shipping, fast delivery, and being able to read real user's reviews of items that I'm considering buying.

I've, upon more- than one occasion, made unplanned purchases from the Daily Deal category. They are usually such good buys that I find something that I need for my home, or for a present.

I've not had to exchange or return anything I've bought from Wayfair, so I cannot say how that goes.

I will look first at Wayfair before shopping elsewhere.
