I have ordered numerous items from Wayfair, and although I have not loved them all, Wayfair made it right. Even when I accidentally threw a part in the garage, Wayfair sent me a replacement and gave me an additional coupon for future shopping(I am aware they just want me to keep spending) but the customer service rep was amazing. Nothing but positive experiences with this company.

Wayfair has so many great items, fair prices, fast and fair shipping, that I can't help but keep coming back. I have furnished an entire apartment with everything from linens to dishes to furniture and have been nothing but thrilled with every purchase. Customer questions on items are answered thoroughly and help benefit other customers looking at the same item. Thanks Wayfair!

I've been wanting to take use of all of the specials and coupons that I've been seeing from Wayfair. I've just ordered a rug and light fixture to update our bathroom. The site is friendly by phone or PC, and a great selection of decidedly QUALITY products!! Excited to receive my order and hope they're just a great as they seem!! I will certainly update when o receive my items!!

We love Wayfair for its service, quality of the products and best choices/taste to choose from and now we also love the app that helps us do the same in such a simplified way. We have used other shopping apps for iPhone 5 and every app has had one glitch or another. So far the Wayfair product app (especially with the search functionality) has worked great for us.

I've only been using wayfair for a little over a week and I've purchased so many amazing items for my house and half of them have already been delivered. I'm so pleased with the free shipping and the fast delivery. It's dangerousness because it's sooooooo easy to use. At this rate, I'll definitely have a brand new living room and dining room by the end of the month .

New home owner and so far have purchased 4 light fixtures, 3 small tables, a tv stand and two rugs. Quite a few smaller items like towel bars too! Very satisfied with service and prices. Have had one return and that was handled smoothly and promptly, even though it was a large item and involved a ups home pickup. Website is tops and I probably spend way too much time on it!

I've made several big purchases with Wayfair, and everything has come in very sturdy packages, and the quality is top notch. All my pieces are wood, very heavy, but there wasn't not even a nick in any of them. The prices are reasonable, in fact, I found the exact same tables at a furniture store in my area, and they were 1-1/2 times more expensive!!! I LOVE Wayfair! ❤️

I love the Wayfair app. It's super convenient and easy to use! It never force-closes and never freezes. It's easy to keep things organized on my ideas board and in my shopping cart. I like that I can leave something in my cart for a couple days while I keep looking. I love how organized all the products are and how easily it is to navigate through the products.

I gave the Company a try and ordered 2 nightstands, delivery was quick and packaging seemed good. One nightstand was damaged inside, the rail was snapped. I contacted Wayfair via email at 6 pm and was sent a response in 2 hours that a replacement was being shipped. The nightstands themselves are pretty nice, all wood. Would and will buy again based on service.

I have grown to love wayfair they make shopping for something different and fashionable a great experience. Especially with bedding, never seen so many great options. Also, I just started using the app and it is incredible! It makes ordering and finding products easier! I was even able to place an order that was unavailable on the website swiftly from my app.

While I am a big fan of supporting local when the comparison based on apples to apples, this app delivers superior selection with cost savings as well. Local stores really need to step up their game and get used to the idea that the retail environment has changed significantly. Especially having to bring two kids out shopping, this appmakes it a no-brainer.

I am SO pleased being able to look through hundreds+ of items vs. maybe 5 in stores! I have been able to find exactly what I need and the quality is excellent. Customer service is really a service with a smile even their asking the warehouse with questions I had about a cord on a lamps I purchased! I've been very pleased with Wayfair. I've purchased several items for my home and received them in excellent time. The one time there was a "right item/wrong color" issue, the return process was simple, and the return of my funds was efficient. Shopping through the app just seems easier than through individual stores on the Internet. There's always a sale!

Decorated my entire new place from Wayfair with such reasonable prices and amazing selection. Ordered it early so that everything would be waiting for me when I arrive. Ordered from my laptop earlier today and signed into the app tonight and all my info was saved. So simple and easy to shop from my phone .... Kinda dangerous actually!!

It is so easy to peruse the zillions of items that Wayfair offers. The website is easy & fairly fast given the volume of inventory. I've had wonderful support from their customer support center. Everyone is super nice & very helpful. I've had a few items that were a bit off from the in-line description & customer support did everything to make me happy.

First time I've used the app but it was super easy, very simple and easy and secure checkout - allowed me to use ApplePay. As soon as I signed into the app, the two items that were in my cart from my browser earlier in the day were there and I was ready to go. Checkout allowed me to apply a 10% coupon I'd gotten online. Overall, happy with the app.

I bought an area rug (7'x9') and it's absolutely beautiful! It arrived two days before the scheduled arrival and I can't stress enough how much I love it. Anyway, as for the app, very simple to use and they have just about anything! Will continue to purchase from this place. They have great things at incredible prices... It deserves all five stars.

I have basically re-furnished my home after moving to another state. I bought mostly from Wayfair. The app is easy to use and I have been really happy with the quality of the furniture. I had two things that were damaged in shipping and the handled it fantastically. Had replacements out that same day. Really great to work with. I highly recommend.
