I have had this app for about a year, and it has always been very reliable and useful. I got the app so I could quickly see how much data I had used up to make sure I didn't go over my limit. It was a brilliant, simple app to check my data amount. However, I checked the app a couple of days ago and my data read as 0 MB left! I am 100% sure I didn't use up all of my data - I had 2.7GB for the month and hardly used up any data. Also, I got no text reminders saying my data had run out. This is clearly an issue with the app. I tried deleting and reinstalling it only to find the same issue. Since checking my data was the only thing I used this app for, it is now useless to me and I had to delete it. If Virgin can fix this issue, I'll be more than happy to continue using this once-brilliant app, but for now it's been rendered completely useless for me.

UPDATE: I noticed my data had been renewed today, so I decided to redownload this app because I really wanted it to work. Luckily for me - it did! The amount of data is correctly displayed again which means I can use the app once again. Maybe it was an issue on my end, but either way, I'm glad this app is working again! I would now recommend it :)

The app does pretty much what you want it for, it's simple to use and can see everything clearly. You don't even have to log in when you download it, I don't even have an online Virgin account but when I downloaded the app and opened it it had all my details there already, data used, texts left ect. The top up page looks simple to use, has all your credit/debit card details already so all you need to do is put in the 3 digits and amount. Over haul this is a very good app as it gives you exactly what you want with ease

So happy with this app. All I wanted to find was an app to manage how much data I use each month and to keep track I don't go over ect.. Also keep track of my package and as I'm with virgin it's excellent! Thinking when I installed this app I would have to sign in ect... But not at all! Straight away just used my phone number automatically and showed all my information thanks virgin!

I have had this app for quite a while and although at first it was a bit sluggish I have to say for the last 6 months it has been brilliant. No problems on iPhone 6. I had extra data that was due to expire yesterday and today it has refreshed itself. All items like texts, minutes and data are up to date and in sync.
Great app.

Not sure why so many people are complaining about this, it's working perfectly fine. I guess some people just don't have much patience. But anyway, now I can keep track of the amount of data I'm using. Hopefully in the future, you'll get more respectful customers.
