Very useful in the parks for the selection and management of fastpasses, reservations, magic bands, daily show schedules, and attraction wait time and status info.

There have been a few memory related crashes which I'm sure they are aware of and are working to alleviate. Hopefully that's the case. I'm aware of the fact that Disney fired a slew of competent developers and replaced them with clean foreign labor. Hopefully they've retained enough talent to correct any and all technical issues which they may have across the board.

Great app. I had a nice review written, but I have to start completely over because my nickname was already taken. This one will be shorter! Please fix above issue! Great app. No issues with it. Easy to set dinner and fast pass reservations. A great idea to make app better for those of us using app prior to arrival. Would love a countdown feature. This countdown until my family arrives at the most magical place on earth could also highlight 180 days out with reminder to set dining reservations and 60 days out for fast pass.

It is great to be able to make fast passes and change them as needed. Yes you only get 3 a day but that's to keep it open for everyone to get a chance. If the ride has a short line for stand by you can just get in line and change your fast pass from the app to something else basically saving that fast pass. This is a huge plus with little ones that are impatient. Also the photo pop up super quick on photo pass. If we get a photo in the front of the park we have and can share it on Facebook at our first ride. It's great!

Such a great tool to have while at Disney!!! Makes having reservation info very handy!!! Used to have to carry papers with reservation numbers and info. Now since just about everyone is accessible to smartphones, this is definitely the way to go. Just pack your phone which of course you will most likely do anyways! Lol Also couldn't be better on handling fast passes!!! Absolutely love this app!!!! Remember to charge phone at night because it does run battery down. Other than that there's nothing negative to say!

This app is great and is a HUGE help when traveling to disney. My only two concerns are 1: that the app can be a little confusing when setting up fast pass+ and 2: it wastes battery real fast, but besides that it was really helpful when trying to balance your time so u can get to every attraction and to live out the real disney experience. *****if u happen to be like me and u had trouble setting up the app, I encourage u to call 1 (407)- W-DISNEY which really helped me out when setting up reservations and fast pass+

This tool was super helpful while my husband and I were in Disneyworld this past week! It let us know when shows were happening and when/where we could meet the characters. It saved us so much time waiting in line because we could plan put next ride! We love Disney and it we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this app to al who are going to the parks! You can even make reservations for restaurants and check out the menus while you are walking around. It truly is the best way to experience Disney World!

I have NOT had any problems with the app at all. I love the MDE app... making/canceling reservations on the fly is awesome. Being able to see menus is worth gold to make sure everyone will be satisfied. Wait times and maps are nice!! Sometimes it can be a bit slow... But considering the amount of info and users I think it's a good tool and great for keeping our party all on the same page.

I try not to think about how much Big Mouse is tracking my footsteps...it is all in all a great key to the park experience.

This app is really great for planning out a trip! My family and I have season passes and it is so nice to be able to pick out fast passes and make dinner reservations on the app. However, I kind of miss the times when you stuck your card in the machine at the ride and it gave you a paper ticket for a fast pass. It was more laid back because it wasn't as planned out you got a fast pass once you got to the park. Not had it all mapped out of when you have to be where. But the app works well and I gave it 5 stars.

I have been using this app basically since its launch and have loved all the updates to make it better. I am a planner so this app is my best friend before we leave for Disney. It takes the spontaneity out of your vacation-however with the amount of people vacationing at Disney over the last several years, we could see this coming. We have been DVC members for 11 years and we lost count around 20 vacations to WDW since then and this app helps navigate a great vacation for our family! Worth the time to use :-)

A Disney vacation is so much fun and fun to plan. It's like the ultimate vacation planners paradise! So, this app just adds to the fun, keeps all plans for all family members in one easy place, you can add in lunch choices, even the ones that don't require a reservation (but you don't want to forget the name of the restaurant or where it's located), we have two rooms, and the rooms are linked, it's just very cool...I look fwd to also adding fast pass choices when it's time...whoo-hoo! Disney here we come....

I downloaded this app to keep up with the details for our recent trip to WDW. But once we got to the parks, we found we were using it to learn wait times, make dinner reservations, change Fast Pass info, keep with photos, and so much more. This app made an incredible Disney experience even better, if that's possible. Out of four days, in and out of at least two parks a day, riding countless rides based on estimated wait times from this app, only one wait time was underestimated. Great job overall, Disney!!

This app is very helpful when at the parks! It has all the maps and makes it easy to find everything there is in the parks. It tells you the wait times for each ride and you're able to get fast passes right through the app! It doesn't only give all the information about the parks but also about all the hotels and resorts. You can find close restaurants and make reservations so you don't have to wait. I would highly recommend it to make your trip less stressful so you can enjoy the magic and joy of Disney!

This app works great. We come to Disney several times a year. We use it before and during our trip. The whole family has it and we are on it all the time and with the Disney free wifi it takes away the challenges of what to see and when.

The ONLY issue that I have is that we love to Park Hop, but this app will only allow for one park per day for Fastpasses (FP). If they fix this one issue then it would be the perfect app for Disney World visitors.

This app is a must have for anyone that visits Disney.

Great update to add PhotoPass!! Now where's my Apple Watch update and notifications of upcoming FP+ and dining????
I love Disney so I am biased. We spend 3 or 4 weeks at WDW every year. For deciding the next ride, the wait times makes the decisions easy - no more worrying about what we "should have done". The new FP+ makes planning a must but the app lets me make changes at the last moment. It's great also being able to add to my plans shows that don't require a FP+ so I don't forget them. Bravo Disney!

Downloaded this yesterday, and love it so far! Very streamline from what I can tell! The minute I logged into my Disney Account, I could see my reservations for this Christmas! I was able to add attractions and dining to my wish list, so I can easily make our itinerary when it gets closer! I also love that I can see wait times and character locations on the map! That feature will come in handy while actually at Disney! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! As always, Disney is on top of their game!

Everything you need right in your phone. Literally everything. I have had NO problems with this app. All my reservations show up, gps locate works on Disney wifi or cellular network (even on an iPod touch with Disney wifi) fast passes are limited to 3, which is completely understandable, you can't fast pass the whole day or the fast pass lines would be 60+ minute wait. Plus Disney fast pass is included at no additional cost. All in all, this app gets better with each update, don't believe the haters

The app is easy to operate and it syncs with the website fairly quick. You are able to plan not only your rides but dining, entertainment and shopping, which is very nice.

I wish we had notifications reminders for the events. I am glad that they fixed the app crashing often while at the parks, so far three visits to the parks and it hasn't crashed. I am thankful that the app now updates changes to the fast passes and adds the rolling fast passes. This last update has really made the app amazing.

I have used this for 2 years now and 3 trips. Love being able to check wait times, make dining reservations and read menus! Only downside is difficulty at times with adding items, tickets, memory maker etc. Had to call in, but fortunately very short hold time! Wish it also had a countdown on it and wait times for transportation once we are there! I love the new technology and magic bands, but do miss some of the spontaneity from the old days! Disney Magic keeps me going back and always will :)

This is the best resort vacation app on the planet.
WDW resort is massive and the fact that you have all of it at your fingertips is amazing.
I love the maps and restaurant menus and the attraction "wait times" are such an asset. Add in the fact that you can link your stay and park tickets to the app and you have a free tool that is truly above and beyond anything else.

I wish they would add snippets of music and sounds to the park sections of the app just to make it a bit more immersive.

This app helped me this past summer when I went to Walt Disney World. It helped me get "fast-passes", find times to meet characters, figure out how long waits were, locate restrooms, stores and restaurants. Couldn't ask for a better app, and without it, I think I would've gotten extremely lost for it being my first time. The app also pinpoints your location when you're in the parks and changes sections according to what park you're in. Overall, wonderful app, I highly suggest it for anyone.
