iphoneの設定（住所）を海外にしないとダウンロードやアップデートが出来ないのは手間です。しかし、これ無しではWDWは楽しめません！公式サイトに無い機能があります。クイックサービスのMobile orderはメニュー写真があって味も想像しやすい！七人の小人のマイントレインに乗った後、動画がすぐ自動的にDLされたのは衝撃でした。パークにいながらFPを取り直したり、待ち時間も分かる。広くて迷子になってもGPSでどこにいるか、次の目的地まで何分かかるかも検索できますよ。

私は日本在住です。このアプリケーションは日本のApp Storeではダウンロードできないため、住所を米国に設定して、支払方法等も変更する必要があるので非常に手間がかかる。
WDWへの旅行には絶対に必要なアプリケーションなので日本でのダウンロードが可能になると嬉しい。
一度ダウンロードすればアップデートは自動で可能なので、そこは高く評価したい。(以前はダウンロード後に、住所を日本に戻したら自動ではアップデートされなかった。)

This was my families first time at Disney and this app was so beneficial. I'm a planner and having the ability to see the character and ride times ahead of time and getting our fast passes was great. I like that I could add things to do to my plans and everyone in the party could see what I was doing. I appreciated everything in on nice compact spot. I was nervous when the app updated and totally changed but it wasn't too hard to navigate through it after all. While it works with Disney Springs it was a little slow to load the map and difficult to navigate there. Thank you for a great app!

We love this app! Disney with a toddler would be unbearable if we had to walk half way through the park to collect fast passes. This lets us choose everything and make changes.

Being able to reserve dining knowing what you will be served and the price range helped us make quick, informed decisions about food, also very important with a toddler or a hungry husband. We have never felt like we missed out on anything because it's all at hands reach.

Easy to navigate and a life saver if you're not the sort to "wing-it". Take some time to get used to it before you go, it's got lots to offer.

Love it before but now can't find a list of attractions or events at a specific park like before. Not sure if it's because I have all my fast passes used, but that shouldn't matter. I still may want to look through to see what else I would like to go on. Please put this back or change it.

I can't get to my fast pass on app. It keeps telling me to try again later. It has been two weeks.

Much better now. And I love that you can see you pictures right in the app. We rode the mine train and then about 30 minutes later we watch our video right in the app!!!

This app is great for anyone. When the time comes for your family to book a Disney World vacation, you just plug in your info and you have an app dedicated to making your experience phenomenal. The wait times are extremely accurate and the restaurant menus change depending the time of day. You can find character appearance times and locations and even make meal reservations. Even if you aren't planning a trip to Disney anytime soon, the app is still interesting to see the wait times and events of that day. Over all, a great app and looking forward to my next trip to Disney World!

So, it's not perfect, yet, but it is a very handy app to have. I used it last year to plan a last minute trip and was able to make all our reservations while laying in bed, too excited for my trip to even begin to sleep! Used the app to watch wait times and was able to nearly walk on space mountain in the middle of the day, TWICE!!! I'm using it now to work all the details of a big family trip with my in-laws. Having our accounts linked to our reservations is so convent for planning. Everyone can see and plan what is going on, without any plans overlapping. I highly recommend it!

I see a lot of people having problems. With any app there are going to be problems. I have been using this app for about 6 months now and haven't had a single problem. I've booked restaurant reservations, fast passes, magic bands and all with no problems. Disney has covered everything with this app and I love it! The map is cool too. I love how it lays out the parks and gives the wait times. That's going to come in handy when I finally get to Disney world! This is the first trip I've planned on my own and this app took the stress out of a lot of the planning! Thank you Disney!

You need this app if you are planning a trip to Disney! I am an annual pass holder & on this app every day booking & changing fast passes, dining reservations, etc. I even like to check the wait times when I'm not in the park just to prepare for my trip & map out how we can hit the most rides with minimal line time. I highly recommend this app & it will help make your trip truly magical :) It's also a great way to find restrooms, smoke areas, concession stands, etc while you are at the park. It will actually tell you the distance & direction to the nearest one. Great app! A++

Before the trip, was a great tool for following wait times at different times of the day to get a feel for how to book Fastpass+. Also checking for dining reservations, something we did constantly while waiting for a Be Our Guest to open up.

While in the parks, the wait times of course is a big deal. Also, convenience of altering Fastpass+ reservations on the fly, and the map using GPS made navigating simple should we need some help. Never looked at a paper map for direction, no need.

It is capable of more, but that's what we needed. Must have if you are heading to WDW

Great app, no problems with it. However it is most useful while on property. It seems that complaints on here have more to do with the planning/reservation aspect. The website is better suited for that sort of thing. This app is great for wait times, meet and greet times and locations, and now there is a Disney parks shopping app so you can order merchandise you like from the parks on your app, and even can merchandise you see that you like to buy later. You can also control your fast pass selections and see your resort check-in times and dining reservations. No complaints!

This app is better than I had imagined! I wanted to use FastPass and this was the best option. I changed my request about 3 different times though out the day and had no problem. I am so glad I didn't have to stand in the kiosk line. As I waited in line for my ride I made my choices and whenever I wanted to schedule a new time it was no problem. It is also great for finding waiting times for different rides. I got to visit all 4 parks and enjoy all the rides and attractions I wanted to experience in less then 12 hrs. Great app can't believe there are so little downloads!

Easy to use and it updates quickly. Very accurate wait times for the rides. Great map option lets you see where you are in the park in relation to where you want to go (rides, restrooms, restaurants, etc...). You're able to view and manage your fast passes quickly anywhere in the park. There's one negative... once you use all 3 of your original fast pass picks, if you want to add more you can't do it from your phone. You have to find an in-park kiosk to add additional fast pass attractions. Other than that it's a great app... made our park experience much easier.

I was just at Disney World for the past week, and this app really helped to make the vacation experience even better! This app does require some knowledge about Disney World and some set-up skills. However, once you have linked your account you can do a wide variety of things. For example, I was able to select and modify Fastpass+ passes for my entire party. Some other highlights included the ability to make dinner reservations, the live park maps that show you where you are, and the listings of park hours and show times. I would definitely recommend this free app!

I cannot live without this pass! Whoever created it was a genius! Everything you can think of, you can do on the app. Plan your schedule, make FastPass reservations, check out menus & make reservations at your favorite dining spots, see when your favorite characters are going to be available, view wait time for rides, link up any passes to your Magic Band (excellent for Passholders), and now with the latest update, you can view your PhotoPass pics!!! If you're going to Disney, whether you're a newbie or a Passholder (like me), you NEED this app! It's a lifesaver!

My trip still isn't for 64 more days, but... I feel like I'm already there in a way! Logging into the app I get to read about attractions, shows, venues, dining, and options that otherwise I may have missed out on if left to my own devices. It allows me to plan my vacation instead of just winging it once I arrive. The flexibility to make and change dining reservations is a win/win for everyone. And linking all of my "stuff" in one place makes my life easier. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is even thinking of planning a trip to Disney to check this out and use it!

I LOVE this app! It's great when you're in the park. The wait times are accurate, it shows you where the location is in relation to you, and it also shows you how far away the destination is. You can also see the times that characters are coming out. I'm an annual pass holder and I like to look at it on days I'm not there to get a feel for when certain characters come/leave as well as seeing what lines are going to be the longest. It also hooks you up to your Disney account and you can set up FP+ as well as make reservations. This app is amazing!

I haven't had a chance to use this app in any of the Disney parks yet. However, I have been able to use this app as a planning tool. I've been able to review my reservations, make fastpass choices, review maps, and estimate wait times. I plan on adding memory maker/photo pass to MyDisneyExperience. I don't know yet how useful this tool will actually be in the parks but I suspect it will be very helpful with wait times, planning for character visits, and shows. Hopefully I can edit this review after I've actually used the app in the parks.

This app is a great way to find out what's going on in each park before you get there, which is super helpful! I love that you can schedule all you need through one app and that you're able to control reservations and fastpasses and are able to look at menus, ride wait times (and if they are closed, so you know before you walk all the way to the other side of the park), where characters are and what time they'll be appearing, and so much more! It's a very helpful and convenient app that helps to make Disney vacations even more magical!

I highly recommend this app for people traveling to Disney World. I was able to book all my Fast Passes and make all my dining reservations with this app. It was nice being able to see the ride wait times and thought they were very accurate. I also liked having a park map at my fingertips and not have to fumble around with a paper map. It has never glitched on me but occasionally it was slow to load the park map when we were in the map. All in all I really enjoyed it and still do! Starting to plan out next vacation already with it!
