I was worried about this app because of the reviews but I am so glad I decided to try it anyways!!
I only downloaded it for the Photo Center and so far that is all I have used.
I LOVE IT!! I use it at least once a week and sometimes place several orders in one day. I have never actually tested it's accuracy for having the photos ready in "1 hour". I normally pic them up a few hours later or the next day. But you can call if concerned about it.
I take All my photos from my iPhone so it's really awesome that I can download them right from my phone and its really fast in my opinion. I once ordered 200 pics and I think it took like 15-20 min to download them all.
I love that I can print Any photo from my phone library. Photo apps are my favorite to print, like I have a collage app that I love to use!! Warning on that though - you have to play with the size. First time I printed the collages, either the top or bottom got cut off so the next time I made a collage I just left a little extra room on the edges and all was good!! Costco won't make you pay for messed up photos so there's really no loss is the learning process. Also, the app is just for basic prints, not the fancy stuff like calendars, photo books or cards.
My review is wayy too long now so I will wrap it up with one more I Love This App, Photo Center is Awesome!!!!!!! :-)

This app is fabulous! Costco does not require you to have the coupon with you at checkout. The clerk has a scan-code at each station they will scan for you and MAGICALLY (for all the morons out there) all the items that are on sale get their discounts applied! It's amazing! I have not had to bring my savings book with me for years, no matter what Costco location I am shopping at.
All of you negative reviewers should have your memberships revoked for the moronic comments.. Especially the ones that say this app destroys Costco's branding and value. Who are you people? You are too full of yourselves.
To everyone else, you will love this app. I can easily find a Costco when I am on the road by using this apps location finder. I can make a shopping list by just speaking my items and I can always check what items have coupons and instant savings available. I can renew my membership and much more. Thank you Costco. Keep up the good work!

I downloaded this app when I saw it advertised at the checkout even though the ratings were so poor. It's a good thing I did as this app is very full-featured and totally undeserving of such terrible ratings!
First of all it does EXACTLY what a Costco app should do and beyond. There are many tools in this app to help you successfully use Costco's services whether in or out of the store. Yes while some of the content is web-page generated it's very minimal and doesn't impact the experience whatsoever.
My only real complaint on this app are the images in the popular items window, their size isn't properly scaled so the initial images are all squashed-looking (big deal).
Overall this app works fine, I would definitely recommend it to my Costco-going friends and I definitely recommend it to you who are reading this. :)

I order my photos from the app all the time. It's so easy and it's ready to pick up in a few hours. Costco is always making shopping easy and cheaper for customers. Great customer service and return policy if you need to. You can't go wrong with Costco!

I'm not tech savvy. So for me to find it this simple and easy to select and order prints from my iPhone to the app is awesome!!! Really enjoyed the 10 minutes I spent selecting and ordering prints of the photos on my phone. Not a single problem.

Today was my first time ordering from my IPhone. It was extremely easy to order prints. I am glad I tried before reading other reviews. I have the Costco app and it was very user friendly.
