I admit, I was a bit apprehensive after reading all the negative reviews about this app, but figured I would give it a shot anyway. I downloaded the app about 6 minutes ago, and I've already registered, made my first car payment, and even set a reminder for my next payment. Everything was very simple, and I never once found myself confused my the layout of the app; it's pretty straightforward and easy on the eyes. I'm very happy with how convenient it was to make a payment, and I look forward to using the app again next month. Thank you for making things easy for me, Toyota.

I personally don't see what the low ratings are about, but I guess that's just me. I actually started using this app and found it easy to set up and manage my account. The QR reader made it easier to pull up my car info from my bill, instead of having to enter the account number myself. No complaints here! Yeah it does things that I can just as easily do online, but it's very convenient at times when I don't have access to a computer. I will definitely continue to use this app. :)

Please ignore all of the kings and queens who are complaining about the "complicated" setup and how it is taking SO much time from their valuable lives. It takes less time to setup than it does to come here and cry about the app in a review. This app is great for making quick payments on the go and for checking payoff balances. Taking off one star because this app needs to be updated for iPad use.

Ohhhhh waaaaow! I like this app now a lot more because I can make payment after a due date! It's so much more convenient! Thank you for that,BUT there is missing feature such as finger touch. It would be so much more convenient instead of typing the user name and password!

I was a little skeptical about getting this after reading other people's reviews, but I absolutely love it. So easy and convenient.

No problems with first payment. I'll update it next month if I have a problem then but this time worked well.
