This is by far the best food ordering app I use, every time I order food I use that restaurant's app and Jimmy John's has it down. It's super simple and user friendly, I can find and place my order within minutes. I prefer using the app because I like to customize my sandwiches until they're almost a different sandwich and sometimes when I do that over the phone or in the store it gets lost in translation. The best part is that you can save your orders to favorites or Freaky Fast orders making it even easier to re-order something next time. I love it because of all the customizations I make, that way I don't have to go through the menu and re-do it ever time I order. I highly recommend it to anyone who orders Jimmy John's, wether it's once a year or every day!

Not sure about all the negative reviews. I just downloaded it and within minutes I had a new account and a delivery order placed. Maybe all the naysayers should delete and reinstall the app. My experience with iPhones going back to my 3GS all the way to my current 5 has been that any update that fails does so because the old version of the app left some garbage around. So before complaining about this app, try deleting it and then downloading and reinstalling. You may be surprised. All I know is this app works perfectly for me, and it's easier than calling the store during their busy periods!!!!!!

I love the food but the app needs work. While is looks good on mobile it does not function as it should. If you aren't paying attention it is easy to miss the confirmation and not submit your order. During the checkout the scroll position drops to the footer requiring you to scroll back up.

Seriously, the last few updates have been a huge improvement. It has been awhile since I left my initial review, but everything looks great now. It looks like all the authentication issues have also been resolved which was the issue that ultimately caused me to stop using the app previously.

Incredibly easy to use app. I would have to rate this as one of the top food ordering apps I have used both for delivery and for pickup service. The only negative thing I can say is the repeat order function sometimes doesn't load unless I use the review previous order before repeating the Order. Also, for an enhancement I would like to have more than one saved freaky fast order. At least 1 for pick up and 1 for delivery options. I order both for work (delivery) and for home (pickup) for my family and it's always the same. Thanks for building a great app and great sandwiches!

Our closest Jimmy John's is 50+ miles away, so we only order when we're traveling or when we've made a big trip for groceries or some other appointment. This app is great to let us order quickly and just drive through or run in to pick it up without having to unload the kid and (even though it is freaky fast) wait in line in the shop. I love being able to save orders for different people, too - I don't have to remember exactly what my husband wants on his sandwich, and it's convenient to pick up orders for other family at home, too. Two thumbs way up from me!

This app was in an absolutely horrid state when it was first released. However, I am pleased to report that the app has improved exponentially and now actually makes the ordering process easier. There is no longer constant crashes and issues with the app being an available constantly. so if you gave up out of frustration previously I highly recommend giving this app another try and saving yourself some time. This ordering app is wonderfully designed and so easy to use! Browse the menu and then quickly customize your sandwich until perfection, add a juicy pickle and a monster cookie, checkout and the next thing you know...ding dong! Jimmy John's is at your front door and your tummy is happy!

I've never had a problem with this app and this is my second time ordering! I love Jimmy John's and I love the fact that if I forget my lunch at work, I can just hit a few buttons and lunch is delivered to my work! This is definitely one of the apps everyone should have!

I absolutely love this app Jimmy John's has put together! It is so detailed, yet user friendly! It is perfect for when I need to get food quickly.
With the "customize" option, I can have the sub made up just like I would if I went to the store.

What can I say? It's an app to order Jimmy John's. It performs that task very well. It's lets you customize your order and leave instructions, and leave a tip on your card. I use it whenever I order from them.

This is by far the best delivery app I've come across. It's got a great UI that's super easy to use. It only takes 30 seconds to place an order. It's the best way to order a yummy sandwich!

Quick, just add your location, payment information and your done. You can store your favorites for quicker checkout. Never a problem. I order every week usually.
