They were the first company to trust me with a credit card while I was in the process of building my credit. I've been a loyal customer ever since. One year and three credit cards later, I've been approved for auto-financing. But enough about my rapport with a financial institution- this app is absolutely perfect. It is intuitively simple and easy to use. The in-app bill-pay couldn't be more efficient either. They also provide you with a free credit tracker, along with a credit simulator, which is very convenient.

I opened a capital one secured card to rebuild my credit. Not only did they increase my credit limit after 5 months, but I also qualified for the capital one quicksilver card with an ever higher limit! Both cards can be viewed from the same app which is super convenient and any purchases you make show up on the app right away! It's super easy to pay your bill(s) from the app and they even let you schedule and edit your payments. I absolutely love capital one and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I like this app, it does most things that you need it to do, I.e. See balances, transfer money between accounts, make deposits.

I have not had any issues with stability or accuracy of balances. I like the optional sign in method which is to draw a shape on a grid of 9 points, makes for s quick entry to the app. You can also customise the order of the accounts shown which is useful for seeing the most important one the top of the list.

All in all a good app for managing your accounts on the go.

Capital One is my favorite credit card company. They helped me rebuild my credit after a difficult time. I have two accounts with them. I have always been more than happy with their customer service. I used to do all of my payments online on my computer. Had an iPhone and started using that to log in. Then, duh, I downloaded the app! They just keep getting better. I find the app so easy to use and SUPER convenient. I haven't made a late payment for years! I'll be a lifetime fan of Capital One!!

I'm really liking the simplicity of the app. Having access to all of my information with a few taps of the screen is awesome. The navigation of the app is so simple that a 4 year old could easily do it. Myself, I hate trying to navigate through apps that force you to stop everything you're doing just to check your balance or pay your bill etc. With this app, I can do all that with a tap or 2 and I'm done which allows me to keep moving during my busy, hectic days. Thank you Capital One.

For me I feel the app is very convenient and useful. I like the fact that you can setup auto pay. You can also make payments at anytime. I like that we can view all payments and the app keeps the conformation numbers as well. iLife the credit wise part of the app. In total I don't have an issue with the app I find useful and helpful. I spend more time taking care of business than being on the phone with a rep because of whatever issue I might have. The app helps out a lot.

Unlike other banking apps that I've used this one has a unique and simple design for easy usability. I like how everything looks so clean and organized for easy accessibility and navigation unlike other banking apps that just have too much going on with there small fonts. Integrating Apple Touch ID into the log in is also a huge plus for me too! Even though I only have a credit card with Capital One I've loved this app the first time I've used it and I still love it now!

I normally don't write reviews, but in this case I will. Your app has always been good, easy to use, and very functional. My biggest gripe was logging out of my account and logging back in as my wife to manage both of our family accounts.

Thank you so much for adding the ability to use multiple profiles in the same app at the same time, and to switch profiles with a single button click.

Such a simple addition makes managing our finances 20x easier.

I have had no issues so far. Easy to navigate and you can see multiple accounts. Only suggestion I would like to see would be payment amount due next to due date. I always pay more than minimum payment but it lets you know if payment due changes that activity on your card may or may not be correct. Just another layer of reference for credit protection you can track on your own with 1 or 2 clicks. Other than that works as it should.

The new updates they put out seem to make banking and paying bills very simple with a user friendly interface that allows even the least tech savvy customer feel comfortable using using the app to check balances,paying bills and once signed off the customer has the satisfaction and comfort Capital One is on their side making the small things easier for them. I would highly recommend this app to whoever has Capital One products.

Capital One makes my life easy. I travel a lot for work last week my bank suspended my account because of all the traveling. Luckily I had my Capital One card with me to keep me going. Capital One took note of my frequent traveling but alerted me first before suspending my account. I was able to easily verify that it was me making the purchases all across the Southeast and that was it. Well done Capital One, keep it up!

I want to thank Capital One for giving me a second chance even when my credit wasn't all that great, my credit limit has increased significantly in a short amount of time, I am thankful for Capital One for extending their services to people that don't exactly have excellent credit, this has been very helpful with building my credit score and it will only help further down the line, thanks again Capital One!!

This is a great and user friendly banking app. My husband and I recently moved and had to change banks. We opted to move everything to capital one 360, where we already had a savings account. We chose it largely because it is all online, a huge convenience for us. The fact that we can easily manage bill payments and check deposits here as well as simply check out balances is awesome. Highly recommended.

You guys have really gone above and beyond the standard for a banking app. I have USAA, Chase and Amex and their functionality doesn't even come close to the standard you guys hold yourselves to. Reordering accounts- multi profile sign in - APPLE WATCH whattttt!! 70% of my phone apps aren't even supported on my watch yet. Sleek design, easy experience. What else can a customer ask for rock on.

I am rebuilding my credit after my divorce and Capital One has made it a not so scary thing to do. My credit was on the upwards of 800 before my divorce and getting back there has been just a little easier with their help. This app is very user friendly, the detailed transactions and way they go ahead and take away pending transactions from your credit available before it actually posts helps a ton!

I have a credit card with Capital One and the service with the card and convenience of the app made me open and checking and savings with them as well. I've only used the app for basics like paying my bill and quickly checking my account and so far I have had no problems. All other major things, I've only used the web so it's worked for What I need it for. I love their customer service as well.

Pay bills quickly, easy connect the dots login, securely stores bank info for easy access, won't ask for your cousins girlfriends favorite color. They always update the app to the point that I've never even experienced the problem they said they fixed. And as I've just been reminded, they will log you out automatically if you decide to break away to do a review! All apps should be this easy!

I can't complain about this app. I've never used another banking app so I can't compare this one to another. It does almost everything a full-size computer/ tablet app does. Navigation is easy except that I always forget that my pull down menu is only at the first page and not subsequent ones. Perhaps it wouldn't be an issue if I used the app more frequently and just remembered this....

I love it very useful, I can check my account, pay bills, transfer $ between my accounts at anytime anywhere. I have even used the mobile deposit a few times without problems. You can even check your credit score from the credit card option. It has been unavailable a couple of times in the last month but all the features it offers easily makes up for it. Best Banking App Hands down!

Capital one online banking is awesome! I have been using this app going on six years now and trust it 100%. I am not a computer wizz, but I pay all my bills online with ease, no more rushing around town trying to make payments or pay bills before they are late. Im able to monitor my spending and transfer money between accts. as needed without hassle. The app gets in A++ in my books!
