Well today there appeared to finally be an update for the MyThree app I thought oh well just going to be the same UI with some more bug fixing, I was wrong three have finally taken the step to completely redesign the app from the ground up it seems u can now monitor your allowances throughly without the awful PowerPoint type effect, It tells you your plan details and we can finally look at our bills without it going on safari!! Which comes up in a PDF format automatically on my iPhone 6s the only thing that's a shame is the fact that to pay by card or amend your DD details it takes you to the mobile site, if this gets implemented in future updates then I'd say three has definitely got a amazing app the fact that it's all been changed now is amazing! Well done three glad your finally listening to your customers :)

What is everyone whining about?! Okay, so the images are a bit pixelated. So? You can still see what the icons are. It works on my iPhone 4, so it clearly isn't the app or Three that is doing anything wrong. And I admit, turning off my wifi and connecting to the 3G is a bit of a nuisance, but at the end of the day, I find out my allowance, and it saves me more hassle of going to the website, which is the point of the app. And for the people complaining you can't check your allowance on wifi with the app, even when you go on the website via your phone, you will still be asked to connect to 3G, so stop slating the app for it. I find it a very useful app, and I'm glad Three created it, even it isn't completely perfect. You all need to stop being picky and grow up.

I think some of the more negative reviews could be due to "3" customers who've had bad experiences with the network customer services team.

Every app is going to have it glitches during its use (the same can be said for Facebook or WhatsApp) it's worked for me all the time, there's been occasions where it's been unavailable but that's like any other app or website.

Download it if you're a three customer and need to keep an eye on minutes, texts or data. For the negative reviewers, leave or be patient, you've joined this network for a good deal and you're expecting a lot for your monthly fee which is considerably less than most of the legacy networks.

For all those who are saying that is not working on wifi! Why you meed wifi? Is unlimited internet and even if is not, few bytes won't hurt. Anyway i am extremely happy with this app on my iphone 5s. Never stopped, never dropped. Sometimes during the night is unavailable, but because they are updating system. Otherwise is best ever. About 3 network is just fully functional all the time. No drpped calls, no internet cpnnection problems. Is just the perfect ever. One thing they need to come with and that is a plan which can give you unlimited minutes. Otherwise is the best network ever. I will never change this network in million years.

After experiencing update after update of semi-working or completely unusable versions, 3 have finally given us the app we wanted -- and it actually works! For pay monthly users of 3 it gives you a run down of how many minutes, text, and MBs of internet you have remaining for the month, you can also look over previous month's useage and statements. All is now provided within the app rather than directing you to the 3 mobile site as it used to.

The app is a handy tool to keep a check on your spending and I am personally glad it works again. A great improvement, thank you 3!

Delight with her . I have not seen any lady look like her . I wish to be have friend as the same this lady . She was kind full and polite with me , I well suggest to (3G) just promote her until going to be a manager . I wish to be hear this new from (3G).

Not sure what all the negativity about this app it. Flick ur wifi off to make it work then it logs straight in (no issue there right?) quite handy in fact saves having to put a password in. Gives u the basics (what u have left to use). Doesn't give u full itemised details for old bills though, so perhaps it could improve there. In the main it does what I want.

The fact you have to turn Wi-Fi off to access My3 is wildly idiotic, and literally more annoying than my mother-in-law, but otherwise, I can't really fault the app. Why can't there be a one-time authentication screen - like on the My3 website - and get it over with???? Every other app manages that; why can't you? Very annoying!

Works brilliantly never had a problem with it ok yes you have to be on the network connection to use it but how long does it take to turn off wifi for 30 secs? Ive seen other networks do this kind off app and none do it as well as this does it and with it now showing you when you can upgrade now perfect thank you 3

The app is very simple and efficient to use, it also has everything needed for monthly contract uses to see about their account; from recent spending, allowances, bills. However, they should consider incorporating parts of the app into the app rather than redirecting users to their web browser to view.

Never had a problem with this app since day 1! Easy to use and convenient when your out & about. There's obviously more options online, but it's good for everyday use & common stuff like; checking your data/mins/texts balance & how much your bill is etc. Definitely worth downloading

All my life I have been with O2 and time and time again they have disappointed , ever since I joined Three I have encountered no problems what so ever , I would recommend the £20 every 30 day tariff. It is excellent , therefor I am rating them a 5 out of 5.

On pay as you go with three and I must say excellent the only thing I will say is the app could do with an update or some sort of refresh to enhance user experience and drill down further into allowances etc. Apart from that keep up the good work.

You need to be on the mobile network to identify your mobile account. It will not work on wifi
without logging in to it .
It is just the security precautions
for those who does not understand the technology and complaining about the app .

Works every time and gives you up to the minute balances, unlike other networks. Also other networks can't check these on wifi, no problem, just turn it off for a minute. And with home signal there's no loss of signal or data!!

This app is amazing as it lets me check how much I've spent this month and how much I have left on my plan. For people saying it doesn't work it does but you need 3G and the wifi needs to be off.

Never had a single network issue or dropped/missed call, very pleased. The app makes it easy to check my allowance and keep track of what I've spent.

No problems so far with the app or 3. Transferred over from Vodafone and the signal on 3 is sooooo much better!
