This is the app for every agent with an IPad who does open houses. People find it so simple to use and they love how slick it is and how quickly they can sign in so they can focus on looking at the house. Using this app, you will never have to try and read someone's messy writing and thus losing a potential lead. Every since person, since I have had this app, has given their email and phone number and non have been fake. I think it's an auto response for people that when typing they just go directly to what is linked up I their brain and actually give you the right info. I swear by this app and know that I have the upper hand over all agents who are not using it. I don't know why anyone would give a less then five star review but I have read most of them and the issues other have had have either been fixed or they aren't using the app correctly. The developer is so quick to respond that it's amazing customer service. As a Realtor who does 30 open houses per year I have gotten so many clients because of this app and I am able to easily import the leads into my CRM and start marketing and contacting leads that day!!!

A MUST HAVE FOR ALL AGENTS!!!

Agents get on with it and embrace technology. This app is a great start and opportunity to show clients you are bold enough to bring technology to the market. This app offers what you need to have a quality open plus so much more. Thank you cards are great, but how many time do we neglect doing it; this app takes care of the thank you and keeps on giving by sending updates to the listing to those clients who visited. What a great way to touch a client still on the fence about a property. I like the additional opportunity this app offers allowing the export of data which can be shared with the listing agent you are hosting the open house for and you could upload this same data to your CRM program. How cool is that? The best part is that the clients visiting your open did all the work for you while having fun playing on your IPAD! Many hands make little work.

One of the best ways to stand out in the crowd of real estate agents is to do something different. Open Home Pro is the one killer app to differentiate yourself to consumers at an open house and to start using your iPad effectively. I've been using it since it first came out and LOVE IT. Scrolling photos, custom questions, social sharing and automatic follow-up with everyone who signs in make this app a "must have" for all my agents. It takes 10 minutes to set-up a listing-you can even do it on the fly at the open house. Our experience is that consumers actually LIKE signing in beacause it is so very different than every other open house they visited. After having trouble trying to get clients information on a sign in sheet, I found out about open home pro app and downloaded it, I then used it at all my open house events and I have to say, that I've gotten everyone's information that visit my open house. People love to touch new iPads and I've had nothing but great complements as to how impress my clients where that they received an email saying thank you for visiting my open house on the same day. This app does it for you. This app is worth it, and if your in real estate it's definitely worth having. It keeps me updated with my contact information and I can even export my client list for my mailing lists. Get it. You will not be disappointed.

I have been using OHP for several months now. It is the best product out there. The engagement factor for a visitor is tremendous. It has never been an easy task to get people to fill out the open house logs and giving them an iPad to do it changes this - plus starts a conversation. Also worth mentioning is the customer service. I had a question - on a Saturday - and sent an email. Within less than 30 minutes - I received an email back answering that question. On a weekend! I will continue to use this great product!

I started using this app when it was first introduced and I can say it has evolved from a simple app to more complete one very quickly. I use it for all my open houses and I have loaded all my solds and current listings on it so I can quickly show buyers my portfolio. The automatic follow up emails are a great addition.

Now that the web portal is active I set up my listings there and let the app update my iPad later.

If you don't like what this app does, then don't use it. All the better for me.

Used this app for my first listing as a new agent and open house yesterday. It is an absolute must-have in my opinion for any agent. I had done an open house before and trying to get people to sign a paper and do it legibly was near impossible. With Open Home Pro, it was so easy to ask people to sign in... They loved it, it was so easy, and best of all, it saved all my leads info, my notes on the people who came and their contact info. Can't wait to use it again today and for my next Broker's Open!

I really like this app and the customer support does a traffic job at resolving problems. Within a few weeks of upgrading to the full version I sold a $1.4 million dollar home. I credit Open Home Pro with helping me sell that home, no joke! Open Home Pro saves me hours every Sunday night and Monday morning because I no longer have to sort through the hand written guest registry.

This app was recommended to me and it is better than expected! So easy to set up. For customers who wanted to hand write their information, I just entered their info and notes as soon as they left. I was thrilled to see that the app sent follow ups automatically and later in the week I got an email summary with notes for specific follow up. Love it! Thank you!

I have tried other ways to get information out of clients at an open. Using this app, I sit it down and ask everyone who walks through the door to fill it out so we can keep track of the number of people who come through the property. I love all the features it offers. I suggest it to every good agent I work with.

Of all the real estate apps out there, this is in the top tier. Easy to use, and customization is great!

As another reviewer mentioned, it's easy to get people to sign in. Introduce yourself, show them the tablet, and they actually complete the questions.

This app is wonderful. Its user friendly and simple to operate. Its works great for open houses. I would recommend completing your profile and setting up everything before using it because it will send automatic emails to your guests unless you disable this feature.

So your open house visitors roll in and you direct them to your own picture of the home with a button that says touch to sing in

they know other visitors wont see their info.

This is a great way to get info at open houses and a great way to have all the information organized. Makes follow up much easier and easy to export info to your database for drip campaign.

I love this app. It makes follow up more natural and very efficient. My sellers love how professional it is. It is much more natural to allow buyers to sign in. I'm hooked!!

And now that it will stay awake during the open house, even better! Clients like to sign in on my iPad. The design is simple and straight forward and really looks sharp!

This app is really easy to set up and use. The only thing I'll change is ability to add comments after sign in. I like to have little description of visitors.
