Includes Preferment Builder--
Design up to 7 preferments in advance. The app seamlessly uses your selected preferment's percents for hydration, yeast, and salt for all calculations.

Easily add or remove a preferment from the recipe and the app will recalculate, keeping the total overall flour size and hydration % the same.

Share the recipes between iPhone and iPad using iCloud.
