Migraine diary+ is an simple migraine headache diary and tracking app.

The Migraine diary+ will help you quickly record and identify all aspects of an attack, including migraine medications, frequency, duration, pain intensity, location.
It will also help you track the impact of your migraine condition on your daily life.

Migraine diary+ optionally integrates with the Health app
if you have a migraine, then write headache to Health app
If you choose to subscribe Migraine PRO, payment will be charged to your iTunes account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the iTunes Store after purchase.
