Easy app/fantastic deals
What an easy app to use. Paperwork was straight forward and sent as soon as winning bid is awarded. Bidding Deposit was released within 3 days as stated in instructions.
*Be aware that once you have won your bid your earnest deposit is DUE IN 24 hours with an initial funds letter an simple contract. So it will be good to already have the bank letter ready. They send simple wire instructions for earnest.

I love the app, great information but after you get done looking at a property it zooms way out so you have to restart a search. Kind of annoying but not worth using any other subpar foreclosure app.
