2. Select the session of "Level 1-3"" in YOGA – Free Yoga Guru APP, start and enjoy yoga journey afterwards.

This course will teach you how to concentrate and focus on breath. Focusing on breath will bring calmness to your brain and help ensure the unity of your body and mind. This course focus on enhancing ability to concentrate, calms your mind, and increases perseverance

This yoga course mainly contains several parts: Swaying Palm Tree, Wide Legged Forward, Reverse Warrior Pose ii, Triangle Pose, Tree Pose, Sun Mountain Pose, Sun Standing Forward, Cobra Pose, Corpse Pose, and Lying Walk. Make it a point to move gracefully between yoga poses and focus on your breath. Align your breath with movements so that your body can function as a whole.

Inhale when the poses open up your body, and exhale when you fold. Do it slowly and always be graceful!
