SmartPT is free application developed to assist you achieve optimal results from your Physical Therapy by helping you stay compliant with the Home Exercise Programs your Physical Therapist prescribes.
Having the app enables your Physical Therapist to send your Home Exercise Programs directly to the SmartPT app on your phone. Your Home Exercise Programs come with instructions, pictures and narrated videos of your prescribed exercises so you'll always know how to perform them correctly. No more annoying and hard to decipher printouts! With SmartPT app you can even set exercise reminders and track your progress.
