The bread is essential food for many nations; in fact in the countries in East Europe is still one of the most beloved and eaten food. There are many ingredients which can be used for making bread – even from banana flour; corn flour, coconut flour and many more. Since the beginning of the human history and the discovery of bread making, it is usual part of our meals; many people don’t know, but the bread saved people in periods of hunger – it happened to be their only meal.

Every time we enter the neighborhood bakery or the one in the mall we see great looking and delicious smelling breads and other products, before we were just buying them; but now many of us look at it as a challenge – can I make it at home?!
