Set up pill reminders and enjoy convenience with these time-saving features:

REFILL PRESCRIPTIONS
- Scan the barcode of your pill bottle or enter your prescription number manually.
- Schedule or set up auto-refills so you’re sent the next batch of refills on time.
- Note: auto-refills are not available for Medicare members.

PILL REMINDERS
- Set reminders to take your medicines so you’re sure to take them on time, as directed.

MY PRESCRIPTIONS
- Manage all your prescriptions in one location. Toggle between all your prescriptions and those you want to refill.

SWITCH TO HUMANA PHARMACY
- Take a photo of your pill bottle and switch the prescription over to Humana Pharmacy. Make sure the prescription number and doctor name are clearly shown in your photo.

VIDEOS TO LEARN MORE
- Scan your pill bottle to watch a video about your medicine. Get info on its benefits, side effects, dosage and more.

ORDER STATUS
- Track the progress of your orders and see which ones are pending, shipped or cancelled.

REFILL MESSAGES - Find status updates when your medicines are running low or almost out. Messages are highlighted in your Notifications and in My prescriptions.

HIGH PRICE ALERT
- Receive an alert when your copay is over your set copay limit, between $30 and $999. Change your copay limit at any time.
- Note: we will call you for all orders more than $250 unless you turn this feature off.

NOTIFICATIONS
- Get updates about your account such as refills available or order delays, and see when you need to take action.

COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES
- Set your preferences to receive your notifications by email or phone.

SHOP PRODUCTS
- Shop over-the-counter (OTC) products with the Health and Wellness credit that may be part of your member benefit.

EARN BADGES AND CHALLENGES
- See how easy it is to earn badges for healthy habits like taking your pills on time or setting reminders.
