Developed and tested in Chamonix by the clinical specialists at La Clinique du Sport, BikeFit8 provides an exercise programme ideal for the the busy cyclist. This workout is designed to be done in the home or in the gym and requires no specialist equipment.

Follow Neil as he leads you through the 8 minute workout which includes off-the-bike flexibility, strength and core exercises that will allow you to adopt a more aggressive aerodynamic position, with greater efficiently, for longer periods, avoid neck and low back pain on long rides and address the postural limitations that can be caused by cycling.
