My car is a 500...

My car is a 500 Twinair series 4, dualogic CFC328. After calibrating, i.e. Clutch bleed, Clutch self-calibration enable, and End of line(EOL) procedures with a ELM327, I got better gear shifting except for 3rd to 2nd downshifting associated with strange shock & sound. EOL seemed repeated sampling as for neighboring gears, eg. 1st and 2nd, 3rd and 4th, and so on, but no robust calibration in between 2nd and 3rd? Is there any other gearbox calibration method for solving this problem with AlfaOBD?
