This App is an extensive video guide of techniques from the Wado-Ryu style of Karate. Over 4 hours of footage, dynamically demonstrated by Sensei Oliver Brunton (7th Dan) & Sensei Siobhan Leckey (4th Dan) The techniques are accessed by a user-friendly menu. Included are all the Kihon movements, Renraku Waza combinations, Soto & Uchi Uke, 4 x Jodan Ukes, 6 x Keri Ukes, 8 x Ohyo Gumite, 10 x Kihon Gumite, a step by step guide through the 5 Pinan Katas and 10 Advance Katas. This App provides the student with all the necessary techniques required to guide them from white belt to 1st dan black belt and beyond. Also included are videos of Warming-Up, Stances, Weapons of Karate-do, Pressure Points of the Body, Makiwara and additional Self Defence techniques. An essential aid for students and instructors.
