I would like to praise your staff team and drivers for a wonderful service. So far so good. I have only had 2 deliveries so far but i am very impressed with the service. The online store is so easy to browse through and collect all you need. It is well planned out and mch easier than the other supermarkets i have used in the past. I love the colour coded bags and the pleasant nature of the drivers,. I only have 1 small complaint if any...is that the minimum delivery spend that is set is a bit too high for myself to do a weekly shop as i dont really need so much groceries every week so not needing to shop again for 2 weeks at a time. If it was lower then i would definately use the service weekly. As a single person i dont need to spend that amount every week but i guess there is a reason for this. Also i noticed there is a cigarettes and tobacco section but no Gift cards section or stationery. Well i am sure you will be ironing out any problems as time goes by and its fully functioning. Lastly i can never get all my groceries when i actually go in store to shop as the majority of the time the shelves are empty or the date is so short its a waste to buy. Thank you and i hope to remain a valid customer for well into the future!!

I love Morrisons, I have been shopping there for many years so when I found out they were going to be doing online deliveries I couldn't wait. I heard about this app from their twitter account and downloaded it straight away. I am glad I did.
The app is amazing, so thorough, thoughtful, easy to use. And when you place an order and you're waiting for it to be delivered keep checking the app as it tells you what is happening, whether it's currently being picked, to being in the van ready to be delivered. It's fab.
Just before checkout it will tell you if an item will be out of stock on your chosen date and time of delivery and will offer you an alternative, if you wish.
Just before delivery you get an email or a text saying which items are unavailable which can be handy even though I'm sure your driver will tell you about that either way.
An amazing app, overall. Well done :)

Essential for those of us on a tight budget. I've used morrisons online since they started and I far prefer their service to all the others. Don't believe what the tv says, I buy own brand labels and morrison's own brands are cheaper I'm saving £10 a week compared to Asda.

The app itself is great. The product range is great on food and drink but needs work in other departments such as kiosk, clothes, toys, and such.

The service is second to none. Fresh food is always very good quality. Everything is organised in colour coded bags and my receipt lists my shopping by use by date as well as by department.
Delivery and customer services go way beyond the call of duty and are clearly very well trained, love their jobs and must work in a very positive environment.

I made the switch to Morrisons after getting fed up with Asda's limited product range, constant substitutions and late deliveries. I really wish I had made the switch earlier, the Morrisons app and service is so much better. I like the app and the little things it does such as asking at the end if I have run out of something I ordered previously. The product range is excellent and I like the fact that if something is out of stock it tells you online so you can't order it (although in my experience stock outs don't last long). The delivery experience is just as good, all my deliveries have been on time, drivers are polite and I rarely have any substitutes.

Cannot believe people are rating 1 star because of reasons like a store finder not being available. It's a shopping app, not for engineers to find stores!! All our shopping is done on iPhone/iPad and you can pick up where you left off and build your shopping list over the week. No problems logging in. Online service is brilliant, and we've tried sainsbury's and tesco but this is by far the best in our experience. I hope as it expands service does not deteriorate because of "controlling costs."

I have tried all the major supermarket apps and have to say this is my favourite. Easy to use, visual descriptions in my trolley make it easy to see what I have chosen and the information on products and allergies is straightforward to find. All my favourites and easy navigation, what is there not to like.

I've used Tesco and Asda and this app is by far the best. Search is easy, handy tools in app for favourites , I hadn't see PayPal as an option with other sites either. Set up easy and I loved the email telling me what driver was delivering! Thank you Morrisons I'm a happy customer!!

Easiest and quickest app I've used. I've had an online shop from each and every major supermarket as i like to take advantage of the '1st online order' offers. Morrisons is the one I now use most weeks for sheer ease, great quality, no deliver issues and pleasant delivery drivers.

The Morrison app is the way forward when doing your weekly shop. It's so easy to use, shows you clearly the offers and has an easy safe checkout. I still get my points which is great and always select 99p checkout. I even use the app on holiday so I get back to a full fridge.!

This is a superb App so easy to use when you do a lot of online shopping like me. Have never experienced any issues been using this since it became available which is quite a while. Everything at your fingertip great.

I couldn't be happier with this app, quick and easy to use and delivery was great, really helpful and friendly. I will definitely be using this for my monthly shop. Plus it's so much cheaper than other stores.

I wish your delivery amount of money was lower than £40 however it consist of great service. Please add a store locator to make the others happy. Keep It Up Morrisons

Brilliant App. Use every week and would definitely recommend this app for online grocery shoppers. Morrisons customer service has been pleasantly very good.
