Despite the bad reviews I really wanted to watch a college basketball game on fox sports 1 tonight and was away from my tv so I downloaded this app. I'm a time warner cable customer so after I put in my info I loaded the game up and it streamed without a single problem! I love when an app does what it says it's going to do without crashing or being crappy. So thanks fox sports your app worked just fine for me!

Also, if you gave this app a bad review because you don't pay for cable and thus can't watch the channels on this app you are AN IDIOT. There are no apps that let you stream cable tv channels without having a subscription to a cable company and leaving a bad review as if that is the app developers problem is so stupid it makes my head spin.

I was very surprised to see a lot of poor reviews. I wonder if it is related to the cable provider because I love this app! I have Comcast X Finity and it works great. Last night I went to a friends house who does not have FS1 channel but I do, so we watched ufc on his TV
through my phone and it was perfect. No freezing and very clear. I am very impressed with this app. I am not sure how the "location always on" works but it does not seem to track until you open the app so it's not using my battery etc when app is closed. Love this app!

The original app was complete garbage. Video would lag out, there would be multiple links that didn't work and it took forever for the stream to load.
The new update is leaps and bounds better. The redesigned slim interface is user friendly and now gives you one link to a stream, which actually works. Logging in is a breeze and video pops up smoothly without any lag and barely any wait time. Much better and would recommend for a casual sports watching while on the go or even on the toilet. Two thumbs up.

Not sure why all the negative reviews, but I downloaded this, logged into my DIRECTV account and was watching the Braves in less than 30 seconds! Wifi was fine at first, but became pixelated, so I turned it off and reloaded it on LTE. Perfect picture! Only critique is that it would've been nice if it had remembered that I just logged into DIRECTV, but it was minor inconvenience to log in again. Overall, great app and allows me to watch baseball while on the go!!

First off the restriction on cable provider is going to be lifted for the Super Bowl. So anyone can watch. This is at least true for iPads and tablets, etc I assume for phones as well though verizon might not be happy so you might need the verizon NFL mobile app for $5.00 a month/ they will pro rate it for a few days so it's pennies people!

As for cable providers I am shocked direct tv isn't on this list, but I think they have their own mobile service.

I cannot believe I do not get Fox Sports Go through my Verizon subscription??? How is that possible? I saw this with Showtime & Epix, I think & I actually called Verizon & complained. I'm paying for these channels through Fios, why can I not get in it online whenever I want? They surprisingly allowed access to those two cable channels shortly afterwards. I'm sure others complained too. That's what needs to happen here too! More complaints, the better!

Thank you Fox. This app is the greatest of them all. With this work of art, all of my wildest dreams come true. Not only can I watch all the Canadian baseball I want, but I get an ample serving of my favorite commercials. When I downloaded this treasure I've constantly found myself distracted by its elegance. Oh Fox, I love you. If you keep delivering at this high quality, then I will stay a loyal customer.

I was reluctant to try this app because of the reviews, but so far it has worked great for me. I live in the KC area and use it to stream the Royals games. I have not experienced any buffering or lagging and the picture is perfect. I noticed that a lot of people writing the negative reviews do not have a cable subscription, which is needed in order to stream live video. If you have cable, you should be fine.

I read the reviews which were all negative, but still took a chance to see what was happening. After downloading this, I signed in using my Time Warner account, and was able to pull up and watch what is current on FS1. It lags about a minute behind, but seemed to work. I will be watching UFC Friday fight night this upcoming night, and if it doesn't work, I will change this review. Crossing my fingers!!

I downloaded this despite the very poor ratings and reviews. So far, I only logged into my provider the first time even after rebooting it. The app has not crashed and every time I open it, it works. I am still using iOS 8.4.1 on an iPad mini 2 but I am watching Copa America matches live while the kids watch the big TV. So, your mileage may vary but it is working and I have no complaints.

When I read the other reviews, I was skeptical. I just recently got Google Fiber and the speed is very fast wireless (475 Mbps) and even faster wired (987 Mbps). Maybe my fast connection is the reason this app works so well. Smooth video. No skipping or buffering. Plus, the app has a 30 second instant rewind button for replay that I use often when watching live sports.

This app works as advertised. Im on fios 75/75 streaming NFL games and it works as flawless as any other live tv streaming app for sports or anything else. Look, give it a try for yourself before making a decision because clearly everyones experiences are different. But I have had absolutely zero problems with this app. Gets the job done, and thats all you need.

First improvement is that you guys should add fox NFL Sunday onto the app so that people could watch it on here if they can't get around the tv or don't have NFL mobile

Second improvement is that you guys should fix the problem with people having to resign in to their tv provider that get annoying

But overall it's it good work on it

I don't know what everyone is complaining about, if you have a cable subscription you can use the app and I think it works great. I can watch the Yankees games, even though they stink right now, Colin Coward, who is great and tells it like it is, and the Michael Kay show. Thanks Fox, great app.

I've used this app quite a few times to watch sporting events and it has worked well. My only request is that there be a way to make Fox Sports Arizona available from the app. I'm a Diamondbacks fan going to college out of state and I'd love to be able to watch the games from this app.

I don't know what's up with all the bad reviews?! I'm loving it. I have AT&T and get to watch all my Clippers games on my phone and iPad. I haven't had any crashes or glitches. This is great for someone who is never home to watch your team. Great app! So happy it's finally here!

I felt the need to come back and update my review. This app now performs wonderfully. Great picture, hd channels available. Just everything you want from this now smooth running app. Just enter your provider and enjoy. Great job Fox Sports...this app now gets 5 stars

The negative reviewers of this app most likely have crap phones or low tier Internet. Works great on my IPhone6. Logged in flawlessly on first attempt. Super clear HD quality picture on every channel. If there was a problem, it was fixed. No complaints here.

The app works perfect, I go out of town to Houston and Fort Worth and stream live Champions League soccer games and works perfectly. The only bad thing is that it asks for your location and it will ask you to log in to your cable provider once in a while.

I'm seeing tons of bad reviews on here and almost didn't download it but I have experienced nothing but HD quality live whatever. For me that means Cardinals games mostly. Logged in with Directv info and good to go. I'm using an iPhone 6s+. Thanks FOX!
