Body space review

This app has been a total game changer. With the vast selection of programs and the ease of use I've never felt better working out. Some of my favourite features are: instant tracking, total weight lifted to date, quick view of last time weight and reps, tips, exercise description, and videos of actual people performing the exercises. Would and do recommend to everyone.

Great app!

Easy to create own templates/ routines. You can find hundreds of workout that fits your environment. Counting between the sets makes the effective workouts. There are a lot of similar but this is the best. Server sometimes get down though....
