I had an ear infection. I am a 32 year old woman who is healthy and knows my body. I am glad that Teladoc treats me as an educated person and comes along side of me for my healthcare. They called me back promptly and asked the appropriate questions and took care of me. I liked their bedside/phone manners. They were thorough and careful. They promptly sent copies of the appointment/ phone call to my family physician. I didn't have to wait in a waiting room or wait to see the doctor. I just called and they called me back in 5-10 minutes. I kept my phone with me so I could make sure I could take the call. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this service to those who know their bodies and would like assistance with educated doctors that will come along side of you for your healthcare.

I just got access to Teledoc through my employer recently and signed up online. Today is Easter Sunday, and my daughter woke up with a high fever and what seemed to be strep throat. The closest walk-in clinic that was open today was at least 30 minutes away, so I decided to give Teledoc a try. She isn't even on my insurance plan, but I was able to use the service for her anyway! I put in a request for a consultation through the website and received a call back within 10 minutes. With less than a 5 minute conversation, the doc had called in a prescription for antibiotics to our local pharmacy. My daughter was so grateful that she didn't have to spend several hours in the car and clinic. She even got to avoid the dreaded strep test! What a lifesaver on a holiday!

I love this app for its convenience and ease of use. The Teladoc service rocks too. I was able to avoid an urgent care visit or ER visit at 9:30pm on a Saturday when my daughter said her cough was getting much worse and painful and she was miserable - she asked for us to get her an appointment with her doctor ASAP as she was in pain. We knew that her busy pediatrician would not be able to get her in for an appointment for over a week, so we used Teladoc and connected with a board certified female pediatrician within 4 minutes, had our consult and was picking up a prescription at the Walgreens down the street within an hour of the consult. That's what I call efficient and a whole lot cheaper than an urgent care visit. Thanks Teladoc!

I have never bothered to rate any app or service that I have used from iTunes. Tonight I used the Teladoc service and was very impressed. I requested a consult online and within an hour I was contacted on my cell by a very courteous and professional doctor. He was able to diagnose and order a prescription while on the phone. This is a life hack for me because when I am sick I do not have to leave my home and truck my kids the local urgent care facility with me. After I spoke with the doctor he sent the prescription to my pharmacy. It was only a matter of 30 minutes from when I spoke with him to when a got the text from my pharmacy that my prescription was ready. Simply amazing!

I was wary after reading some negative comments but gave this a try one day for my wife's constant coughing and sore throat the past few days. It was at night and we got a call back from a doctor within 20-30 minutes. We went through some questions and answers and was diagnosed with bronchitis, and he sent the prescription to a pharmacy of our choice. Be sure to choose a pharmacy that is open at night if the medication is needed right away. Also, this service is meant for things like cough, colds, which worked perfect for this. Sign up was easy, and I was able to use my insurance. This helped us avoid the emergency room wait and $$.

I'm a stay at home mom and we previously had White Glove Healthcare services which is a mobile physician assistants that visit you in your home! I loved them and was very disappointed when my husbands work picked up Teledoc...but my first impression was so wrong! They really care, ask questions, and are responsive! My prescriptions I need are called in fast and they are available 24-7! With a household of 5 I am thankful medical treatment is literally a phone call away! Thank you thank you for video doctor visits! Also with Teledoc I am speaking with Doctors not Physician Assts. I'm very pleased so far!

About 4 weeks ago I had the pleasure of spending two hours at the clinic only to find out that I didn't even have the flu, just a cold. I was sent home with some cough syrup.
This time, I am experiencing flu like symptoms again and decided to use Teledoc. The doctor called me back within ten minutes and listened to me explain my symptoms. He then prescribed Tamiflu and sent it over to my pharmacy. This service is truly easy and convenient. I love that I can totally avoid having to wait around for hours in a clinic. I highly recommend Teledoc for basic illnesses.

Heard about teladoc through my insurance company and was BEYOND thrilled with the service I received!!! I used the app to enter my medical info and requested a consult asap because I have a sever head cold/sinus infection. Once I submitted the request I got a phone call literally within two minutes! The doctor was super nice and so helpful! Phone call lasted about 5-10 minutes and she electronically entered a prescription with my pharmacy of choice. It was so easy. I wish I had done this sooner!

I used this when returning from a long flight and holiday trip, and I was exhausted and a blizzard conditions were starting. I screwed up my cell phone answering , so the doctor called my home number next. He electronically sent a prescription to my 24 hour pharmacy, which I picked up before the blizzard hit. I'm so glad Teledoc works well and are helpful. I just updated to fingerprint sign on, to make it easier. I highly recommend this company and their service.

Teladoc has helped me so many times with my 3 little girls in daycare and getting all bugs and infections passed around. Without it my sick girls would have to wait in doctor's offices or urgent care centers. Instead I get a phone call from a licensed physician within 20 minutes and an actual diagnosis and medication if we need it. Teladoc is an invaluable service. Every doctor I have spoken is patient, inquisitive and amazing. Thank you Teladoc!!

We got a postcard letting us know this was an available option to us. In the middle of the night, I rolled over in my sleep and had a vertigo attack. Every time I moved my head out of a level position, the room would spin and I'd feel super nauseous. I remembered the postcard and called. Within 1 hour we signed up, received a consult, picked up a prescription, taken prescription and felt relief.

I noticed my son had a skin infection on his nose and the doctor called right away with a diagnosis and explained the prescription very thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! Best of all it was on a Sunday and Mothers Day as well and she was available; I didn't have to wait until Monday for him to be treated. I love this service and definitely will recommend it!

I just got off the phone with a doctor for what was a listeria scare. He was so pleasant and very reassuring in his diagnosis! I can't believe how convenient this was!! I made my appointment on my phone for whatever time that was convenient to me and I received a call exactly when they said from a very competent and amiable Doctor! I will use this app and refer all my friends!!!

A fantastic experience! The Teladoc app was easy to use and fast. I quickly entered my information and the doctor called within ten minutes. He was professional and friendly. In less time than it would have taken to even schedule an appointment with my regular doctor, I was able to speak to the Teladoc physician and get my prescription. I've used it a couple times now and have been very pleased. I was able to get treatment for a sinus infection without having to miss work to go to the doctor. I was also able to get treatment for my daughter's impetigo over the weekend without having to bring her to urgent care and expose her to other illnesses. Love this option for simple medical issues!

I used this app this morning for the first time, and I am so impressed! I requested a consult at 6:30 am, talked to a doctor by 7:00 am, and had a prescription for a urinary tract infection within the hour! The doctor was friendly and very helpful! I used Teladoc for the first time yesterday and I tried also getting a second opinion right away after speaking with the first Doctor. Thank to Teladoc, I avoided an ER visit and got my prescription within 1 hour. Now I'm feeling so much better! It's very convenient and I just can't imagine myself not having this in the future.

We recently used Teledoc when our son fell sick in day 2 of vacation. We were contacted within 10 minutes and our problem was easily addressed. Obviously, for complicated issues this would not be a good substitute for a face to face visit with a physician. However, for minor issues, this worked great! I highly recommend.

Consults are easy to request, they call within 15 minutes, they have friendly physicians who are thorough in their questioning, each time I've used this app they've been able to diagnose and either send a script and/or let me know which over the counter meds work best. It's the best in medical convenience!

It's so reassuring to know that TelaDoc is available if needed. I've used the service about four times now when my Primary MD was not available. What a blessing it is for my employer to provide this service. Thank you TelaDoc for being there when the going gets rough no matter where I'm located!
