I have had this app for about a year, and it has always been very reliable and useful. I got the app so I could quickly see how much data I had used up to make sure I didn't go over my limit. It was a brilliant, simple app to check my data amount. However, I checked the app a couple of days ago and my data read as 0 MB left! I am 100% sure I didn't use up all of my data - I had 2.7GB for the month and hardly used up any data. Also, I got no text reminders saying my data had run out. This is clearly an issue with the app. I tried deleting and reinstalling it only to find the same issue. Since checking my data was the only thing I used this app for, it is now useless to me and I had to delete it. If Virgin can fix this issue, I'll be more than happy to continue using this once-brilliant app, but for now it's been rendered completely useless for me.
