A HUGE improvement
The app doesn't seem like just a web view wrapper to me in total. Where they are used it's pretty seamless and makes sense. My phone doesn't have much memory, so I appreciate that the humongous menu isn't stored on my device.
I love the new interface. It's much easier to navigate and I like how much information I can get to from a single screen. I don't have to fumble around if I'm in line with it to get the stuff I need.
The loyalty program is interesting. I think it will be fun. I don't really understand the math others are referencing, but I think it's pretty clear that the higher up you go in rank, the better rewards you get. The app makes it very comprehensible and I can't wait to earn the free stuff that I actually want!
